Bobby Sanders -- Sanders Design Build

We began working with Bobby Sanders, owner of Sanders Design Build on our first home addition 18 years ago. We did numerous remodels in following years with Bobby and contracted with Bobby to do our newest home addition this past year, 2021. All of our additions required additional footage added to our home which required major roof changes. Each addition required major kitchen and bathroom work. Bobby consulted with architects and structural engineers on complex issues to insure they were built to highest standards. Bobby always made sure modifications to our homes matched both the style and period of the house, ensuring the additional square footage looked like it was built with the original house. Bobby has developed an impressive crew of subcontractors who are skilled, timely and respect the owner's home and opinions. We appreciate having confidence in Bobby, knowing he won't settle for less than the best. We have never been disappointed with Bobby or his work.

Sanders did a fantastic job. He did a 2019 to 2020 remodel of our residence as well as a 2022 remodel of my medical office. His estimate was spot on. Any overruns were related to things that the clients added on after the original estimate. Subcontractors were professional, respectful of our possessions and our property, and timely at keeping appointments. Sanders was responsive even after hours. The remodel process was very satisfactory. Will definitely use him again and would recommend to anyone considering a remodel job large or small. Sanders had effective solutions to some problems that were encountered on the remodel that demonstrated his vast experience doing such jobs.

Bobby's professionalism, communications skills, and sub-contractors were amazing! Our project finished within the budget and the timeline presented. We are considering a much larger project for next year and Sanders Design Build will be our go-to contractor.

Sanders Design Build does a great job. What I liked best was how they communicated with us throughout the process. I never felt out of the loop. They were conscientious about doing things the way my wife wanted and would communicate directly with her to make sure they got it right. We will definitely use them again.

The smoothest remodel I’ve ever done! Bobby made sure all materials were on hand (including a special order window) before starting any demolition. He truly listened to my vision, and offered a lot of helpful suggestions. The workers he brought into our home were excellent! Neat, respectful, skilled, and ON TIME every day are just a few of the ways to describe them. Not only that, Bobby was in and out to check on their progress several times a day. We are so glad we decided to hire Bobby to remodel our house. We had the entire first and second stories of our home painted and the kitchen and master bath completely remodeled. Everything has turned out so well. Bobby was able to turn a tiny, almost nonfunctional kitchen into a big, beautiful, wonderful work space we love to be in. Everyone who sees it is amazed by the transformation. And he changed an ugly master bath with a horrible layout into a light, bright space that will actually function well for us. He listened to all of our desires and ideas for both spaces and then worked them all into great plans that fit our budget and truly exceeded our expectations. The workers he uses are all very nice and very talented and we never felt uncomfortable having them working in our home, which was especially important since our young son and I were here with them day in and day out. We would definitely recommend Bobby and his team without hesitation.

Sanders Design Build completed multiple remodeling projects to my home in Wolflin area. These older homes present a challenge and you never know what you will find once you get started with demo and construction. They helped with design and offered suggestions that increase home value without increasing cost. Bobby and his crew completed each project on time, kept me updated on progress and potential price changes and completed close to budget. The work was beautiful. Maintained the integrity of the older home with modern conveniences. They were reliable and respectful of my home while completing the work. Sanders Design Build has provided outstanding services on several projects. Our house is 88 years old. An old house has frequent repairs. We have engaged Sanders Design Build numerous times for the last 6 years - for foundation repairs, concrete work, 2 separate chimney repairs, stucco repairs, movable cabinet construction, kitchen cabinet construction, electrical work and plumbing work. Sanders has always responded quickly and provided the right service people for each job. Bobby is very accessible and he’s easy to work with. We highly recommend him.

We engaged Bobby Sanders to repair and repaint two ceilings in our home that had suffered from water damage. Bobby gave us a thorough and fair assessment of how he would want to correct the problem and restore the ceiling, and he then engaged a very good painter who did a very good job with the repair and the repainting. We are very pleased with the outcome and the very professional way it was handled.

Bobby and his crew did a kitchen remodel for us. He transformed our outdated 1970s kitchen and turned it into a beautiful kitchen to cook and entertain family and friends. Everyone just says "Wow, this is beautiful. This came out so nice!" We are really happy with the results. There is nothing we would have done differently. His crew and sub-contractors are all very nice and very clean. Every night they cleaned up from the day's work. (They were also nice to our dogs, who were inside for most of the winter project!) The few problems that did come up, Bobby was attentive to and dealt with them so we didn't have to. Bobby is somewhat of a perfectionist, and he expects the same attentiveness to detail from his workers and sub-contractors. I would not hesitate to use Bobby Sanders again.

I had about 3/4 of my house gutted and re-done. Bobby did an excellent job. I could not be more pleased with what was done. He gave me a new kitchen, master bedroom with 4 piece bath and walk in closet and redid another bath.
