This past spring I hired Reno Rescue/White Vale to do a total bathroom makeover and I am very happy to report that, throughout the process, I received nothing but exceptional service. Besides having the knowledge to help create a healthy home (including identifying and removing the asbestos behind the walls} they were able to seamlessly connect the old with the new. I am very pleased with the professionalism of the tradesmen and the quality of their work. They are well organized, skilled and trustworthy. I have already asked them to take a look at my basement for what I anticipate to be another superb renovation!

Used White Vale to complete an new front door entry - new canopy, concrete re-finishing, fascia and soffit. The workmanship has been tremendous. All workers have been professional, kind, respectful and perfectionist. They take their time to ensure the job is well done. The contract were clear and concise. There were no surprises. My home is the envy of the neighborhood. I plan on using White Vale to build my new kitchen and much more.

Hugh the owner of White Vale Construction provided us with unique and innovative design solutions while working with only the best materials and workmanship to complete the job, e.g. we needed a front porch built on our home; plans suggested by another designer and builder were twice the cost and would have added no real value to the look of our home. White Vale quickly came up with a design solution which adds a real feel of architectural flair and style to our home while using only the best construction methods and materials, all this while saving us thousand of dollars in bottom line costs. The design and build of this project proceeded according to plans, on time and on budget in a very efficient manner. As the owners of the "Elsett Entry" project we can say that Hugh and his team did and excellent design and implementation of our vision for the renovation. White Vale Construction build my deck and did all the landscaping in my back yard. Hugh worked with me to design the area and made many useful suggestions after listening to my needs. The work was completed on time and on budget and I now enjoy using a mini oasis right outside my own back door. I would hire him again to do any work around my home.

Based on our current experience, we can unequivocally say that the dedicated renovation team at White Vale, led by Hugh Trueman, deserves a five-star rating. For some time, we explored the possibility of a major house renovation. It began with plans to remove a wood burning fireplace from our 1960s bungalow and eventually expanded to include adding an addition to the house, which became our new dining room, redoing the kitchen and floors, flipping the stairs and adding a deck. In the we ended up with an inviting and open living environment. Committing to such a large project was daunting, however, the White Vale team has made the project much more manageable to digest. As clients, we have learnt that when embarking on a major renovation project, it's not just about agreeing on the terms in a contract. It's also about entering, fostering and maintaining a relationship based on trust, honesty, compromise and most of all open communication. These are key qualities that White Vale exemplifies. White Vale has been, and as work goes on, continues to be, respectful of our living space and belongings. The courteous and pleasant team does an excellent job of keeping the work site neat and tidy. Hugh and his team do an excellent job of keeping us informed of what's happening and what's coming up. When issues arise and decisions need to be made we are always presented with the pros and cons of both sides. We never felt pressured to make a quick decision without digesting all the information and understanding the impact. The White Vale team is experienced and knowledgeable. We value their recommendations and advice. Any and all of our questions have been responded to promptly. We could always count on the team to be on-site and dedicated to our project, making us feel we were a priority. White Vale takes prides in its workmanship and ensures that all of its sub-contractors also hold up the same standards.
