We used Ward's Remodeling for two large house renovations and were extremely pleased with the results and the design and construction process. The projects involved extensive interior and exterior work--adding rooms, moving interior walls, moving plumbing, gutting and redoing bathrooms, redesigning the front exterior of the house and changing the roofline, stonework, installing doors, windows, and much more. We also had complicated ADA disability access features built in -- a roll in shower, no threshold doors, etc. Everything turned out great. We appreciated Ken's (the owner) concern for quality and attention to detail--he doesn't cut corners on the workmanship or materials, and has a highly skilled crew. He was also very good about helping us envision the space, identifying what we wanted most functionally and appearance-wise, and presenting the options for achieving the goals.

Ward remolding is a company I would hire again for jobs. Ken worked with us when we did not necessarily know what we wanted and if we were not 100% satisfied he worked with us to ensure we would be 100% satisfied. He gave suggestions but was not pushy and he listened to what we wanted and had to say. Our project was more difficult than Ken thought but he kept the additional cost as low as he could while still completing the job on time. Great company and owner!

Great craftsmanship and attention to detail in everything they do. The work came in right on budget. We have used Ward's several times now (hardwood floors in multiple rooms and other jobs) - and will again in the future.

We had two bathrooms remodeled by Ward's Remodeling. They were very professional and helpful. The project came in on time and on budget. Our bathrooms look great. We are very satisfied.
