I have had a excellent home design experience at Wade Works. Chip, Sydnie and Paul have been a joy to work with. Their professionalism, creativity and timely responses to my needs and suggestions made for a productive partnership. I can't wait to move on to the construction phase!

Chip Wade and his team were a huge help with our renovation flip. Chip came in and helped me pick out colors, designs, structural changes and told me what costly mistakes to avoid. I even used their team to sell the property. We made a great profit and the project turned out amazing.

Our Team Westport Development just finished working with Chip on his new TV show and it was a wonderful experience. Chip was fun to work with and his creative designs were original and one of a kind. We are Custom Home builders and cant wait to work with Chip again.

We had the great opportunity to work with Elbow Room for a kitchen/family space remodel. The space was transformed to a breath taking retreat, like a luxury vacation resort. But the best part of the experience was working Chip Wade and the amazing people on his Elow Room crew. Seriously, they were so sweet and so much fun. It was the highlight of my family's experience. And as a parent I thought it was all pretty educational for my kids too. Chip is a detail guy. The artistry in our brick work is exceptional. It's the focal point of the house.

Chip was very knowledgeable and relatable. Not only did he really know his stuff when it came to construction but he was such a natural in front of the camera that it made us feel comfortable and forget the cameras were even there! His design plan was absolutely genius and beyond unique! We LOVE our backyard.

We were fortunate enough to be selected by Elbow Room for a room renovation in 2013. We had existing attic stairs in our 1950's cottage style ranch home that led to an attic that we used for storage. It had no air, carpet and had not really seen much love ever. Chip Wade and his crew had their work cut out for them! They decided they were going to turn our old, musty attic into a master bedroom retreat, since the cottage style home we had was not able to sustain our two adult, two kids, 1 dog and five fish.... We were living in a 3 bedroom , 1 working bathroom on the main level of our home. We could not see the vision for our attic to be a retreat of any kind, but not to worry...Chip Wade has some serious vision! A luxury retreat is actually the perfect word to describe our room. Every time I walk up those attic stairs I know I can retreat to a calm, serene room, and it still takes my breath away. Chip decided to use an open floor plan concept and give us a bedroom that faces an open master bath with a bathtub that you can view from the bed as well as an open shower which is also able to be seen from the bed. He had an artist come in and hand paint a mural over the bed and used perfect serene colors that pulls the whole room together . There is also a small sitting area in the room and perfect nook for my computer (where I can have my coffee) after a restful nights sleep. One of the main things they did that was a huge undertaking was to raise the roof of our home and give us vaulted ceilings. This is one of the main characteristics of the room which allows it to feel so spacious and open, so different from the rest of our home. Another great feature Chip added was to place a wall of windows all along the wall facing the backyard. These windows provide magnificent light (rain or shine) sometimes I actually love being in the room even more when it rains, it feels so cozy and almost magical! I could not have asked for a more perfect room. I will never tire of it and I am thankful everyday for Chip Wade and his outstanding team. Their attention to detail was spot on. Whenever we have guests over and show off our room , there is no denying that this room was created by a top notch designer and his team. We are eternally grateful to Chip and we actually wish he would come back and help us with our basement (now that our kids are almost teens, they want a dream room as well) I always say, " you never know, its worth a try! " Certainly anyone who is lucky enough to have a room designed and renovated by Chip will get their dream fulfilled, I know we sure did!!!!
