There are always hiccups in the build process, but Village always steps up and gets everything taken care of and produces beautiful, quality custom -- and spec -- homes. We are thrilled with our new home, and as with our first build, we are thrilled with Village and ALL of their employees. We hired Village to build our home in Parks of Aledo and honestly, it was a nightmare. I know there are problems with every new build, but we've lived here for coming up on two years now and we still have major issues they said they would fix "the weekend after we signed." We learned our lesson: make sure you have the builder fix everything before you sign. And I would NOT recommend using Village.

We hired Village Homes to custom build our home. We had a few hiccups, but that is expected with any construction process. They were very open to any ideas for change that I suggested and made them happen, even if my timing was not perfect with suggestions. The quality of the structure is outstanding, but I was a little disappointed with the work of some of the interior sub contractors. The warranty has been great as well. Anything that we have not been pleased with has been repaired to our standards without any hesitation. Things may not be as perfect as we expected, but Village is very concerned with their customers satisfaction and will do whatever they can to make things right for them. Overall, we love our neighborhood and our home.
