Our experience with Tide Constructions was unfavourable. The contracted works was not finished according to the agreed-upon contract date, we faced issues with defective works resulting in multiple QBCC claims, one still on-foot. Due to contractual issues, we are currently in the process of requesting certification certificates for the property through QCAT, two years after the contractual end date. February 2024.

Please take time in considering using Tide Constructions. Great online presence, delivery is sub standard, and very poor quality of work.

Tide Constructions were responsive and willing to adapt changes so that we were happy with the final outcome of our renovation project. Jarryd did not hesitate to take on a difficult project (an incomplete renovation from another builder who failed to complete the job) when few builders were willing to do so. The finish and workmanship that Jarryd's team did was top notch. Jarryd was also willing to resolve discrepancies that we encountered throughout the project. Overall we were very happy with the Tide team!

Jarryd and the TIDE team understood our very complex project and were open to working collaboratively to deliver an outcome that truly few builders could have in those circumstances. What impressed me most was Jarryd's understanding of planning and sequencing which was absolutely critical for our build. There were always going to be issues on such a complicated job, but they were always resolved promptly and professionally..

Jarryd and Justin from Tide constructions were great to work with for my new ensuite bathroom. From start to finish they were very professional and the work is to a high standard. Tide construction are very reasonably price and worked with me to get what I wanted in my ensuite. Nothing was too much and I was kept in formed along the way. I highly recommend Tide contructions for any work large or small and will use them again for my future works.

Tide Constructions provided us a professional approach with great customer service. They were very accommodating to our project needs and variations that were required throughout the project. Quality of works was excellent and tradesman were polite, respectful and flexible on changes. Defects were absolute minimal and were rectified straight away. Communication throughout the project from Jarryd, Builder, was consistent and quick. I would highly recommend Jarryd and his team at Tide Constructions for any renovation building project.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jarryd late 2018 and he provided a quote to rebuild our BBQ area building which houses the pool filters, shower and kitchen. Unfortunately it needed total rebuilding due to extensive damage by termites. Construction started in February and was completed within a couple of weeks. Jarryd and his team at Tide Constructions were totally professional in all aspects. Always polite and nothing that I asked them to do over and above what was quoted was a problem. I would not hesitate to engage his services for any projects.
