Theta Homes

Theta Homes is absolutely fantastic. We hired Theta Homes for an extensive remodeling of the first floor of a newly bought house, including the kitchen, family room, bathroom, patio and front porch. Soumitra's (the owner of Theta Homes) design work and aesthetics are great. And, the quality of the construction is strong. Most importantly, Soumitra has his customer's best interests in mind all the time, and goes out of his way to do right by his customers. Its hard to find contractors who is taking a more critical look of his/ her work than the customers, and self-identifying things that need to be fixed. Theta Homes / Soumitra does exactly that. If you are looking for an inexpensive / cheap contractor - they are not it. But, if you are looking for a firm that will provide strong value for the investment - Theta Homes is an excellent choice. Visitors to our house always comment on the quality of the remodeling. And, we are really enjoying our home - thanks to the work done by Theta Homes!

We were looking to extend our deck. Theta Homes was a fairly new company but we decided to give them a chance as we were quite impressed with their suggestions as well as their honesty and enthusiasm. We were not disappointed. Soumitra came up with design that fit our needs perfectly. The work was completed within a timely manner. The quality of work was superior. The string lights (their suggestion) creates a beautiful ambiance in the evening. My family and I are thoroughly enjoying our new deck. We now look forward to having our cup of tea on our new deck on most weekend mornings. We cannot be happier with the services provided by Theta Homes and will definitely call them for our next project.

Building a home can be an overwhelming and stressful task—but not with Theta Homes! From the moment we met Soumitra, we felt extremely confident in his abilities and more at ease with him than any other builder. He was genuinely friendly and excited about our project. After patiently listening to the vision we had for our home, Soumitra customized an architectural layout that was perfect for our specific needs. During this process, he was exceedingly attentive to us while we asked tedious questions about every little detail. Soumitra was honest and forthright with costs, while giving us many options from which to choose that would meet our budget. During the building phase, Soumitra was on the jobsite all-day, every day, and I mean, every day. He met with various contractors and suppliers while carefully checking and double-checking the quality of the materials used and the craftsmanship of the contractors’ work. If something wasn’t up to his standards, he made sure it was corrected. Because of Soumitra’s constant attention to detail and high-standards, we now live in a well-built, beautifully-crafted home. We could not have asked for a better builder or building experience. Throughout our entire project, from beginning-to-end, we could tell Soumitra took great pride in our project, and his main goal was to make our home perfect for us. Boy, did he ever!

Soumitra Banerjee (from Theta Homes) spent numerous hours, architect'ing and providing us with various designs for our new Covered Front Porch. He then went out of way to contact the county to make sure what is and is not allowed. Together we finally came up with the design that met all parameters. He then also went out of way to find the best quality/design materials (with intrinsic details) from suppliers at the best price. We later found that he compromised a little too much on his bottom line profits. Overall, an Excellent Job, Theta Homes!
