From start to finish, TLC was professional, understanding, and fast. Met both of the owners through the estimation process and they were both very knowledgeable, experienced, and courteous. They gave their thoughts on what may be the best layout for the loft, as well as considering our thoughts on how we wanted it to look. Once we signed the contract, we worked with Sebastian who was amazing. He always made sure to answer our questions and concerns, while always making sure we were happy with what was done thus far. It definitely wasn't easy living in the home at the same time the work was happening, but all of the employees were accommodating when we needed to move from floor to floor during their work. Anytime some prep was getting loose due to us opening and closing doors, or from my dog/toddler ripping holes, they always fixed or replaced it right away to make sure things were protected. Also the work itself was done so quickly and efficiently. I think they were done after 2.5 weeks. We did hit a snag with a 3rd party vendor having some issues, but TLC and Sebastian definitely made it right for the delay. I've never worked with a contractor that definitely commits to making sure to the customer is happy, always making sure we are satisfied with the work done, fixing any issues that may have arisen from the construction. 100% would hire them again for any Loft needs, and 100% would recommend them to anyone. My neighbors have asked about their work and they all were definitely amazed at the speed and quality of their work.

Absolutely exceptional work and communication LoftCrafters exceeded our expectations and we have a new cozy loft area that is delightful.

The only complaint we have with The Loft Crafters is that they only do lofts…we would hire them again in a heartbeat if they provided any other home renovation services! We were impressed as we watched 3 different neighbors have a loft installed by the Loft Crafters - the workers were punctual, clean, and respectful of the surrounding neighborhood. TLC ensured everything inside was covered and taped off to ensure no drywall or saw dust coated the other rooms, and that there was no damage to flooring or walls. They did clean up at the end of every day, to include mopping the floors. The contract was clear, and change orders clearly priced. We were provided with a rough timeline up front and a daily update as far as what the activities would be for the following day. Our 2 field supervisors, Juan and Sebas, were great to work with and helped to ensure our expectations were met AND exceeded. Thank you again Ben, it was a pleasure working with you guys!

I would suggest getting to know this company by reading their website. My experience was that everything they said held true. The Loftcrafters definitely have their act together. My entire job went flawlessly without one single issue. I highly recommend this company you won't be disappointed.

We had recently hired Loft Crafters for a room addition and we couldn’t have been happier with our decision. They promised us that the entire project would roughly take around 3 weeks and it actually did. I remember telling this to my neighbors and no one seemed to believe that this all can be accomplished in such little time but now they all stand corrected! The entire crew was very professional, and very respectful. Each day after their work, they cleaned up thoroughly and left everything in a very orderly fashion. Doug and Ben are truly awesome individuals and I can really say that they care about what they do and that they are also amazing human beings. Our home actually looks much more better now than before the room addition. The entire experience was seamless and entirely smooth. In dealing with Doug It felt like I was dealing with an old friend, he was that personable. The project manager assigned to us was Raul who was also wonderful to work with. I recall some other names due to my interaction with the crew- Calvin, Juan, and Juan Carlos these guys in addition to all other crew members were courteous and professional. We hired the loft crafters to add a room to our house in the vaulted ceiling space. We had been trying to get the project done on our own for 8 months, my only regret is not hiring them from the beginning. The entire process was seamless, from the initial meeting with Ben, the various layout plans he gave us and the pricing. They took care of the whole process, from HoA approval, city permits and all the details that can usually be missed by a homeowner. Their crew were very clean, organized and respectful of the home. Juan the supervisor was very responsive and would say I will check and get back to you instead of giving me a wrong answer. The loft crafters are what we hope all contractors are like. We finished the whole project in 3 weeks.

This is our second project with The LoftCrafters (the first was a simple loft). This project was enclosing an outdoor patio to make a bigger living room and the balcony above it to make a bedroom retreat adding a total of 300 sq. ft. to the house. We had confidence that TLC would do the job right from our first experience and they did not disappoint. On time, on budget and careful attention to detail were our experiences both times. From Doug who did all the planning to Juan Carlos, the field supervisor, everyone was courteous and respectful. Everything was covered and protected as much as possible from construction dust. Afterwards, cleanup was complete. We almost want to plan a third project so we can hire The LoftCrafters again!

We added a full bedroom to our condo - floor, walls, closet, 2 windows. We chose to work with The Loft Crafters on our neighbors recommendation and they exceeded our expectations from the beginning. Every employee that we had interactions with were professional and courteous. They took care of everything - from the HOA approvals to the architectural drawings to the city permits. Every floor, door, and cabinet was covered and protected from dust. The work space was kept very clean and we received daily progress updates. Our project was slated to take 3 weeks but ended up taking 4 because we kept adding tasks to the project scope - TLC accommodated these requests with no issues. I would highly recommend The Loft Crafters - they are wonderful to work with!

After undertaking many home improvement projects in our home over the past 20+ years, working with LoftCrafters was unlike any other contractor experience we have had. While others always started out great, they typically ended in frustration. TLC was outstanding from start to finish. We appreciated how they listened to what we wanted, and almost to the point of obsessing, made sure we all agreed on what was to be done. They spent a great amount of time on the front end to make sure the project went smoothly. TLC had creative solutions to designing our space and made sure we understood the schedule, contract terms, and every detail…all before any commitments were made or payments submitted. In addition to sticking to their proposed schedule, they covered every detail. Anytime we thought they may have missed something, by the time we looked, it was done. The crews were courteous, professional, and left the home as clean as could be expected during construction. TLC has the formula for a successful business that provides great customer satisfaction – stick to what you know, do it well, do it quickly, and communicate with your clients. We would highly recommend LoftCrafters to anyone looking for a loft project.

Hands down the best experience with a contractor ever. They built a loft over my dining room for a home gym as well as a beautiful coffered ceiling. They were very honest, prompt and the work was exceptional. They protected my house during the construction very very well. They cleaned up every day and the workers were polite and professional. Communication during the construction was daily so I knew what to expect every step of the way. This is a top notch organization.

The absolute best construction/contractor group I've ever worked with. From start to finish the entire process was better than I could have expected. We loved the initial design process. Doug was so helpful with ideas and guidance. The up front communication was so clear. We had a set schedule for when everything would take place. The workers were so respectful and thorough staying organized and cleaning after each days work. I fully endorse and recommend them to anyone even thinking about a loft addition.

If you seek perfection when adding value to your home, you need to call Loft Crafters. The 20-foot-high space above my dining room was converted into a second-floor office, and a second-floor underutilized bonus room was converted into a spacious bedroom with a private bathroom. I have worked with contractors in the past when remodeling/repairing my home, but none of those contractors matched the precision, excellence, and craftmanship I received from Loft Crafters. Their reputation for quality and integrity was evident throughout my neighborhood as three other homeowners on my street used Loft Crafters to add a second-floor family entertainment room above the dining room or add a spacious bonus room above the living room/dining room area (depending on the floor plan). Morris, the project manager, visited the worksite daily to ensure all work was progressing as planned and to answer any of my questions or address any concerns. The project proceeded exactly on schedule without any unplanned delays or pauses in the construction activity. Each phase of the project was complete by a specialized team (demolition, framing, plumbing, electrical, heating/air conditioning, finish work, and painting), allowing Loft Crafters to provide craftsmanship quality at every phase of the project. Juan proved to be an expert framer, electrician, plumber, and door hanger, managing his crew in an efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable manner. Kelvin did an excellent job with wiring and installing the lights, switches, and ceiling fans along with installing a custom vanity, sink, and fixtures in the new bathroom. The finish carpenters who extended the stairwell handrail and supporting spindles along the front of the new loft were truly craftsman, matching the spindle, spacing, and handrail design perfectly including the color of the stain. The drywall team arrived on schedule and installed, taped, and textured all the new drywall with expert precision. All the seams, joints, and corners were perfectly jointed, providing a seamless integration with all existing drywall surfaces. Jose and his son completed all the priming and painting of the new walls. I have used several painters for past projects, but none equal the precision and quality provided by Jose and his son. The demarcation line between the white ceiling and the crown molding and the vertical wall below the crown molding was razor sharp, clean, and crisp. All the work crews were punctual, polite, and professional, and always left the job site clean. In summary, Loft Crafters exceeded my expectations in all phases of the construction process. Their attention to detail, amazing precision, and thoughtful approach to the project not only added value to my home but provided my family a well-designed, convenient, and attractive new living space. I highly recommend Loft Craters and give them a five-star rating at every step of the project.
