Established in 1994, by George Cleary, we remodel and build homes in the Columbus, Ohio metro area. Over the years we've produced many award winning projects although our biggest accomplishment is by far the relationships we've built over the years with our clients. We believe this is not only because of our dedicated team members, professional trade contractors or even the first rate suppliers we work with, but because our first responsibility is to give our clients the highest quality of design and construction. The key word being process, to enjoy remodeling you must have a system of policies and procedures to follow. Remodeling is complex and must be organized to avoid chaos to your life and or check book. With well over 200 years of experience within the company, we have fine-tuned what it means to manage an organized job site and we routinely reassess our process by learning through Continuing Education in the design and remodeling industries. The Cleary Company offers our Clients the benefits of Design/Build remodeling. We integrate the design, estimating, and construction from the beginning of the project, so we can quickly focus on what can be done within YOUR space and budget. The advantage for you is having ONE point of contact, ONE company handling the design, the ordering of materials and the construction. So if something is not right, WE take care of it!
