Cleo & I had been talking & planning for a primary bathroom remodel since 2020. We interviewed several but never found a good match until we were fortunate enough to meet Katie at TenKey. From the very beginning we knew we had found our “person” to implement our dream bathroom. Jessica & Kimberly guided us through the design process beautifully! Marissa was our contact person & kept us well informed & truly cared that we were happy through the entire process. We felt like we were truly heard through the entire process & couldn’t be happier with the end result. We felt like we developed a life-long friendship in the process.

We just finished a complete Master Bathroom remodel with Ten Key and had a Wonderful Experience!! We started with Jessica designing an accessible bathroom to help us with our disabled daughter and elderly parents without it looking overly accessible. She completely hit the mark and we were thrilled!! John and Marissa started the process and we were so pleased with the care they took in preparing our home as well as helping us with our insurance claim. Marissa would also communicate with us on a daily basis so we were always prepared for each step and knew which contractors would be in our home throughout the entire process!! Each contractor was respectful and did a wonderful job. Our Master Bathroom looks AMAZING and it has truly been Life Changing for our family!! We appreciate the care and dedication they took to to guide us through this transformation and look forward to using them in the future to help us update other parts of our home!!

We had an urgent shower project come up as we were trying to sell our current home. We reached out and the CEO herself came out to look over our project. They were able to fit us in within two weeks (between Thanksgiving and Christmas nonetheless)! The entire team at Ten Key was incredibly responsive and diligent in their work. Through each step, someone from the management team was communicating with us about what was happening with our project and what the timeline would be moving forward. We knew we were in good hands throughout the whole process! The project only lasted about a week and a half and turned out looking great. We know whoever we sell our house to will absolutely love it. We cannot wait to work with Ten Key again in our new home in 2023!

This was our second remodel job with Ten Key, the first was our home office, this one was for our bonus room upstairs. We had a rough idea of what we wanted and working with their design team over 1-2 sessions they worked with us to come up with a great design that would give us everything we were looking for. During the whole process there was great communication on what was happeing and when it would be taking place. We had some changes we wanted mid-way through and they worked with us on those and still got the project done in a timely manner. We now have a place for the kids to hang out and watch TV, hang with friends, and play viedeo games I finally have a place for all my workout gear, including my bike. We couldn't be more happier with the final product.

Ten Key did my bathroom remodel. Including the installation of a steam room/shower. They were very professional and assisted me in designing the remodel and the choice of tile, lavatory, grab bars and hand basin etc. They were friendly, contactable and on time. They cleaned up every day when they had finished. I am delighted with the final product.

Being new to Edmond, my husband & I interviewed several companies before finding Katie with Ten Keys. Her down-to-earth personality and honest approach at handling our renovation are the reasons we chose to work with her. She honored our budget and surpassed our expectations of providing a beautifully updated living room and kitchen. Her entire crew was exceptional to work with. Everyone was courteous and genuine in their efforts to make our project top priority. In a heartbeat, we would use Ten Keys again for any future renovations. We are blown away by what they were able to provide while staying within our budget! We are very thankful to Ten Keys for their time and effort.

We used Ten Key to remodel our kitchen. Our house was built in ‘94 in Chisholm Lake when fluorescent lighting, formica countertops and drop soffits with cut outs were big and I loathe them all. We had our cabinets painted, drop soffit removed, granite installed, backsplash added, can lights installed, and hardware changed. Everyone was so attentive and listened to any concerns from the design process to the actual remodeling process. We had some hiccups and had to extend the project out due to shipping delays and needing some fixes. We were kept in the loop on what was going on the whole way. When the project manager and owners would come by to check on progress they reviewed things that I never would have thought to look for myself. They were honest about if anything needed to be fixed and made sure it was taken care of.
