We are a full service design & build contractor that can handle all your kitchen and bath remodeling needs. We also provide room addition design build contracting services. We have a 7,500 sqft fully staffed office, show room and warehouse in Port Richey that provides a central location for all of our operations. We provide free estimates and 100% satisfaction. We build room additions, remodels, kitchen and bath make overs, and custom homes. We install hurricane shutters, soffits, fascia, siding, windows, doors and exterior painting. If you need a home repair or a new home we can make it happen for you. And we are now green certified by the NAHB. We are deeply involved in the community including Rotary Club of Seven Springs, Rotary Club of Port Richey, Tampa Bay Builders Association, West Pasco Chamber of Commerce, Longleaf Triathlon, Relay for Life, and Our Lady Queen of Peace.

Farrell estimated it would take 10 weeks for my project to be completed. They did it in 8. They always responded to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Their craftsmanship is outstanding and there were no surprises.

We have used Farrell for several smaller jobs and they always managed to get things done correctly. So it was a no-brainer when we decided to launch the first of 2 massive remodels to our water-house to use Farrell. Our 4-5 month project ended up taking around 7 months (which isn’t bad considering the scope, complexity and infinity of changes/additions made). Obviously, if it could have been done in 2 weeks: better. But let’s be honest - no one else is going to be able to do the kinds of things we needed - let alone doing them right. We took design and architecture to the limits - and Farrell exceeded my impossible expectations. Onto the 2nd remodel!

We are thrilled with our final product on a kitchen, masterbath and powder bath remodel. We worked with multiple Farrell teams and found each to be skilled and polite. The process moved quickly and on schedule up until the templating of the counter tops. For some reason it took 4+ weeks to get the countertops installed. Had it not been for that set back the project would have been finished on schedule and I would have given 5 stars.

We contacted Team Farrell the end of Oct and the communication was terrible. It would take a couple of weeks for them to get back to you after numerous emails and texts. They finally came out to look at the job, which you have to pay $375. I waited over a week to get the estimate, I had to contact them to get it. The estimate was just a total, nothing was itemized. I requested an itemized estimate and never got it. I lost $375. Went with another company. Beware of paying for an estimate.

We hired Team Farrell to lay our laminate flooring. They were wonderful. Showed up on time and got the job done promptly. Employees were respectful and friendly. Would hire again!

Team Farrell remodeled and repaired my master bathroom. I found them on Angie's List. Initially, I was concerned because of all the horror stories you hear about contractors. I reached out to several contractors previously for quotes and they either 1) were unprofessional, 2) quotes were way over market, 3) never returned with a quote. However, my experience with Team Farrell was excellent. I already have several more projects in the queue for my home. The team was professional and responsive. The cost and quality were second to none. I am in love with my new bathroom! I would recommend them to anyone. They were even nice to my dog :)

Team Farrell renovated my kitchen, family room and front hallway. They did good work and the work crews were respectful of my home, on time, and knowledgeable. The project management was very bad. The original design they created had a space problem that was realized after the cabinets had been ordered. Once my project went off the original 6 week schedule, it took them almost 5 additional months to complete the project. My biggest disappointment was a customized cabinet/island that they built. The delivered a cabinet that was in danger of collapse due to bad support. Once I pointed out the issue they addressed it, but they should never have delivered an inferior product to me. They were apologetic and always responsive, but I was disappointed with their lack of urgency and attention to my project requirements.

They walked me through every step and the time line was told to me from the start which really helps when trying to plan other life things.. We had a roof that was supposed to be fairly new, but found out it was many years old. We had seen the Farrell Roofing trucks around and gave them a call. They came out immediately - it was during Christmas. Steve Farrell, the owner, came out with his crew, and replaced our roof, complete with replacing all the rotting boards & facings all in one day. They cleaned up the site, and his whole crew were so polite, cleanly dressed in company shirts, and all were willing to stop and answer questions you had. We have recommended them many times, and they are now the contractor for my wife's work. We have no hesitance in recommending them to everyone.

Roof was done in almost half a day and they did great quality work. They came down in price to match a competitor because we really wanted them to do our roof . The people were really honest and kind.

Comentado: what is the stain color and finish please, they look beautifulThis is a Showplace cabinet - the door style is Pendleton, the species is maple and the color is Espresso. I am not sure if they will release the color without buying the cabinets.

Comentado: Counter topThey are granite tops but we do not know what the species was. The available granite always changes thus we hand pick our slabs with each customer.
