Southwick Construction, Inc. started in 1989 building traditional, custom homes with the mindset of each project being unique. From lot selection, through the design and blueprint stage, through the interior finishes and landscaping, each project develops into a one of a kind home. Over the years, styles and technology have changed home building, and we blend new features with tried and true techniques to keep our designs current but not trendy. Our company still works on only a small number of projects per year to ensure personalized service to our clients.The hallmark of our company has always been attention to detail and incorporating unique features into each home that you will not see in other homes. Even traditional design can be improved upon with those special creative touches that finish off the home without being overdone. Our ultimate satisfaction comes from working with our clients to “brainstorm” and create a home filled with the wants and needs they desire by using our knowledge and listening to their wish list. We also will work with your architect or designer to help build your home to exacting detail. We have never sacrificed design detail, but remain cost conscious, as if we were building a home for ourselves. We remain a small company with a highly skilled crew and dedicated contractors. Our projects have included award winning designs, been featured in many print publications and commercial advertising, but more importantly, they have been enjoyed by satisfied clients, who we can call friends after the project has finished.
