We bought a small, mid-century house because it was close to our grandkids. The house could charitably be called "interesting". For reasons no one can explain the designer put in two TINY bathrooms (in a house of only about 1400 sq. ft.) and put them SIDE BY SIDE, separated by a masonry wall. Jeff designed a new bath for that combined space, which works wonderfully, but more important he worked with us on design approaches and use of modular fixtures to keep the budget under control. You can look at his other projects and see his talent, and that of his contractors, but you don't really get a sense of how great he is to work with. No project like this is really fun, but Jeff and his site manager, Andy, made this go so much more smoothly than I would have thought possible. And there was never a gap in communication, even though we were away from the site for much of the project. We can't say enough about how happy we with the results. NB - Jackson, MS

Mr. Seabold and I have work together on many projects. He is one of the best IMO. He is very involved with his projects and expects nothing but the best. He uses top quality professionals that are very skilled in their trade for his projects. He pays close attention to detail , workmanship, manners, ETC. His projects are always beautiful when completed. He is passionate about what he does, which makes a huge difference to potential clients and customers. Remember when choosing a Architect/contractor, that skilled architects and contractors are not cheap, and Cheap architects and contractors are not skilled. He is a great person outside of all the above. which just makes the building process by him even better.

@SeaboldArchitecturalStudio made my ideas work and @TheGarnerCompany made them come to life! I now live in the house I've waited my whole life to design. I'm so glad I chose to use an Architect. I believe @SeaboldArchitecturalStudio ended up saving me a lot of money and headaches over the long run. I wanted to build a modern home in a very traditional area. Jeff @SeaboldArchitecturalStudio helped me pull it off and the house stands to inspire others in the Deep South to believe Modern Design and Architecture is possible and affordable.

We hired Seabold Architectural Studio to design our home in Jackson, MS. The design process was completely tailored to us - Jeff always took our comments, suggestions and requests seriously (yet would find a respectful way to point out downfalls with our requests and offer viable alternatives instead). We did not initially use Jeff to oversee construction management of our house and ultimately regretted this decision after having contractor issues. We ultimately hired Jeff to take over construction management and fix what had already be started. He worked incredibly hard so that we could get into our house before our baby was born! This firm offers amazing hands-on involvement with their projects. You are treated like a valued client (even a friend), not just a "number." I would highly recommend this company for design AND construction management components.

I was interested in buying a house that needed extensive renovation and wasn't sure where to start. My realtor recommended Seabold Studio and Jeff came out personally to look over the house and give me his opinion. Based on his input, I decided to go for it and purchased the home. He came up with several floor plan options and was able to recommend a great contractor. Seabold Studio also offers project management services which I decided to use, as I don't have any renovation or construction experience. I highly recommend this service, as it meant I was rarely "bothered" with small issues that came up daily and could easily be handled without my input. My project took approximately 4 months and came in on budget. Based on others' horror stories of home renovation projects, I was prepared for a highly stressful experience, but that wasn't the case at all. I couldn't be happier with my experience and the results are exactly what I wanted.

I was extremely please with Jeff's design and planning for my renovation. I renovated my 40 year-old kitchen, utility room, breakfast, and family room. All of his ideas were right for me and he also kept my ideas in the plans. He reccommended a wonderful contractor with whom I am extremely pleased.

Jeff designed our kitchen, bar, library and adjoining courtyard.He flawlessly remodeled the spaces making them more contempary but they also blended with our 100 year old mission style house. Being a really old house that had lots of surprises behind every board was challenging but Jeff solved evey problem quickly and creatively.

He has taken my vague ideas of what I was looking for in a home and turned them into exactly what I had imagined. We did not have any cover over our front door and we wanted to have rain cover but also an attractive small front porch. Our cottage style house was built in the 1930s and our main goal was making it look like it was original to the house. Seabold Architectural Studio did just that. I also enjoyed working with Jeff Seabold. He was very thorough and professional but also easy and fun to work with. We couldn't be happier with the final result.

In addition to being very talented designers, Jeff and Neil are great listeners. They work hard to combine beautiful design with the client's lifestyle. Because of a serious family health issue around the time construction was to begin, I have had to delay for several months. Jeff and Neil knew how to back off and give me the time to get back to a state where I can now allow construction to begin. These architects embrace my ideas, but also know when to suggest a different strategy. They are knowledgeable about the historic codes in my neighborhood, so I don't have to do that research. I can't wait for construction to begin!

As a professional garden writer with a celebrated garden featured in numerous publications, my work has to be kinda quirky to stay in the media and make changes in attitudes. So when I need help with a construction project, I depend on finding someone with both competence and flexibility - and Jeff fit the bill perfectly. In spite of his classic, sensible "left-brain" approach to doing things right, his sense of humor and fascination with alternate media helped us get along great. My green roof entry arbor and rain collection porch are both attractive and quirky, yet completely functional and sustainable. Thanks to Jeff.
