It all started back in 1999, when Tony and Starr Tingle came across a farmhouse. Even though it needed major renovations, the couple knew it was the home of their dreams. Rather than let it pass by them, Tony and Starr decided to renovate the farmhouse themselves. After realizing how much of a blast they’d had working together on such a huge project, the pair realized they were onto something. Sanctuary Homes was born. Although neither Tony nor Starr had a background in building or remodeling homes, that wasn’t going to stop them or their newfound love for making beautiful homes. They dedicated themselves to learning the industry, picking up tips through as many books and magazines as they could get their hands on. Over the following highly successful years, Tony and Starr have completed a vast array of exciting projects, but what they value most of all is the people they’ve gotten a chance to work with. When you work with Sanctuary Homes, you’re treated like a friend, even after your project is complete. At the core of each endeavor, the Sanctuary Homes team is led by Tony and Starr and is full of passionate people who love what they do.
