Curtis has been operating his remodeling business since 2009. While working on over 900 projects, we've learned a lot about how to take our customers request/desires and turn them into beautiful projects. As a result we've been part of some awesome projects! Our process is simple. We will come out to meet with you and determine the scope and budget of your project. Based on our discussion we can then get to work on a design and cost analysis for your project. When we return we can provide you with 3D concept of your project and overall costs broken down by areas when appropriate. If you feel comfortable with the direction, but have more design ideas sometimes we might ask for a 3% retainer to off set any engineering, soil testing, electrical and plumbing review to determine a clear direction. Once you sign a contract we then handle all permitting, HOA submittals for your convenience. In addition, we begin to schedule and create a timeline for your project. As with any construction project, change orders, weather, material delays can all have an impact on timeline, but our commitment is we communicate with you on any delays or changes. Our hope and commitment is that you are not waiting days for your contractor to get back with you.

Curtis is very professional and we were happy with the work his company did for our home. He has been flexible with a second projecte we hired his company for and have unfortunately changed our minds on a few times but hope to work with him again soon .

From the first meeting with Curtis we knew he was the contractor for us. He is all about meeting code! That was huge for us as we needed to take care of flooring/ceiling issues as well as moving gas and water lines. Of course with any remodel the time frame moved. We gave Curtis our plans and ideas and he came up with some of his own which helped make our basement remodel a huge success! Curtis made sure we were happy with every stage of the project and was in constant communication with us or returned our phone calls, texts or emails promptly. I highly recommend Curtis and his team.
