Pritchard Construction (Design-Build) is the progeny of my 25 year labor of love. These years of accumulated experience have attributed to my ability to understand my clients visions, feeling tones, expressions and needs, then turn them into spectacular spatial realities. Having built my career in the industry employed by various architectural firms and construction companies I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience. From construction laborer to structural design coordinator, from construction superintendent to project manager, I have learned the do's and don'ts of fulfilling client expectations. It is my belief that design is where it all starts. The design process not only sets the artistic and functional direction for a project, it also begins the planning phase. A good design is just that, but it is the planning process that will ultimately govern a clients' experience with their project. It is my personal philosophy that design goes beyond a functional-artistic endeavor and into the realm of experience engineering, one that should be joyful and exciting for the client throughout the design-build process. Once the design and planning phase is complete, the work of manifesting a successful build begins. It is in this arena where proper planning and experience engineering pay off. It is also at this point where average contractor's fall short. Plenty of contractors will sell you a product or an end result without any concern for how they deliver it, as long as the goal of completion is accomplished. It is the delivery experience that I choose to set myself apart from my competition. I believe that although I am inevitably providing a product or end result, I am first and foremost providing an experience for my clients, one that will ultimately lead to a masterful build, and certainly on time.
