PBF Homes did an amazing job with my fall 2022 bathroom reno. Pam and the design team provided a wonderful updated plan that took in to account my overall aesthetic goals and incorporated additional design features that I love. Laura was a fantastic, patient and efficient project manager, and Igor and his construction team did great work and finished my project on time. Igor and Laura were very responsive to last minute changes/needs and did a wonderful job at providing explanations when the the design plan needed to be adjusted. I highly recommend PBF Homes!

Working with PBF to renovate, design and showcase our 100-year-old colonial has been an impressive experience. What an amazing transformation from a dusty, old, compromised house to a creation that I could have never imagined! I especially loved the design touches that PBF implemented to create an element of surprise - a graceful French blue banister on the staircase, a glossy gray sliding barn door for the laundry, imaginative tile choices, stunning lighting fixtures, and a beautiful charcoal shiplap fireplace. In addition to their design sense, Pam and her team were gracious to work with. PBF's client-centric approach made working together a pleasure. When it came time to putting our home on the market, PBF pulled everything together with the staging. The house was drop-dead gorgeous, thanks in large part to the creativity and attention to detail Pam brought to the project.

Pam did a phenomenal job reenvisioning our outdoor living area. Our new screen in porch is truly an outdoor family room and our family loves relaxing, entertaining and spending time together out there. Pam is extremely organized, creative and responsive. She always gets back to you when she says she is going to and our project finished on time and in line with her estimate. We will definitely work with her again!

Working with Pam is a wonderful experience; she has a great eye for space , excellent taste, and knows how to get the job done! After discovering PBF Homes on Houzz many months ago and meeting Pam for the first time, I knew we didn’t need to look any further for our remodel. Pam is possibly the most understanding, helpful, decisive and hard working person I have ever met, and she will make sure every last detail of a project is complete to her (and your) liking. Pam perfectly chose a construction company who is as detailed and thorough as herself, and managed the entire process from start to finish. While away for two months this summer as work was being done in our home, Pam spent countless hours on site (and on FaceTime with me!) making sure everything was perfect. She stood in for me so many times and was there for me always. The work completed is impeccable and I now have the most beautiful master bath, floors, fixtures and overall feeling in my home. I feel so lucky to have found Pam from a business and design perspective, but even more so from a personal one. She is truly the best.

I was both totally excited and completely overwhelmed at the thought of buying and renovating a house while also managing work, family, and other responsibilities. From the first phone call Pam put me at ease, understood my needs, and then quickly, efficiently and cost effectively made my beach house dreams come true! Her attention to detail is unparalleled, and her ability to remain poised and professional through the invariable ups and downs of construction (can you say water in the walls!) was enormously appreciated. Pam is a thought partner, a problem solver, and an absolute pleasure to work with. What a pleasure to work with Pam Forman and PBF homes! Pam brings a unique blend of creative and analytical talents that inspire cohesive home designs and manage projects efficiently and on budget. What might otherwise be a stressful project to design and move to a new construction home during a pandemic, ended up being fun project and collaborative design process that my husband and I enjoyed and appreciated. Pam was able to work with a floor plan to create a design that blended timeless pieces and affordable accessories in a way that the finished product is a joy. We appreciated her empathetic and decisive approach and ability to understand and anticipate our needs at every turn. We are thrilled with our home renovation thanks to Pam and her experienced team, and they have our highest recommendation! She was a delight to work with - warm, friendly, and communicative. The whole team was experienced and knew their stuff - and it shows. The design and workmanship has wowed everybody who has been over to our home. The project also came in very close to the budget and estimated completion time. Our project was a renovation of a very dated split level, 1960's house. While we had some ideas about what we might do, Pam and her team guided us towards choices - like adding a master suite - that have significantly improved our enjoyment of our home, as well as positions us for resale later. One thing that also scared us about doing a renovation was the thought of spending all of our weekends at tile and fixture stores - the stress and decision fatigue that comes with all of the choices. Instead, Pam and her team listened to our vague thoughts and came back with options we were excited about and could pick from. And they took care of so many thoughtful details so we didn't have to (and would never had thought about!) - such as the kids' bathroom has penny tiles so they won't slip. The result is a house that is completely different - bright and fresh inside and out, that has a great kitchen we enjoy cooking in with tons of storage, a master bath that feels like a retreat, a mudroom wall that is practical, opens up the space and looks great... we could go on and on... We would not hesitate to work with Pam again. Hire her - you won't regret it!
