Oak Ridge Custom Homes is a custom residential construction business. We specialize in residential new construction and provide a seamless design-build approach to our projects. Founded in 2016, Oak Ridge Custom Homes was created to service clients of our design affiliate company, Ziga Architecture Studio, PLLC. The partners at Oak Ridge Custom Homes are Felix Ziga, a Registered Architect in the State of Texas, and David "Jimmy" Sikkink, a Master Builder with over a decade experience in the custom residential industry. Together, the team brings over 20 years experience serving luxury custom residential clients. After successful completion of our first home in 2017, the company now has several projects on the drawing boards. Oak Ridge Custom Homes is an exclusive home builder, and currently only takes on 1-2 projects per year. This allows for focused effort, attention to detail, seamless communication, and a true customer centered approach to our projects.
