Wonderful experience from start to finish. We hired Normandy to remodel our kitchen, master bathroom and a few additional areas. Liz R was our designer. She has impeccable style, pays attention to detail and is very patient with her clients. Her design was spot on with our needs and we could not be happier with our home. Our superintendent was Rick R. His execution of the project was smooth and flawless. He was on top of the work schedule and made sure there was minimal down time. He turned a 14 week project into a 10 week project. Amazing work! Normandy will have all my future business and I highly recommend them for your remodeling needs.

Becca Ruggiero and Leslie Molloy came up with a plan for our awkward kitchen that not only is beautiful and functional but also actually looks like it was how the space was meant to be all along. The designers were cheerful and a pleasure to work with, and Jim, the project manager was equally friendly, efficient, and thorough. Any small issues were promptly and courteously handled the results are breathtaking and it’s a joy to use.

Normandy was very helpful & skilled in guiding us on deciding all of the multitude of items involved in planning a remodeling project. Normandy was also very good in helping us to find skilled contractors for other items related to this remodeling (but not in Normandy’s scope of work), such as painting, concrete remediation, and landscaping changes. All the work went smoothly and proceeded in a timely matter. The finished project lived up to our vision of what we were trying to accomplish.

We were nervous going into our kitchen remodel and addition, but Normandy eased all our worries. They delivered in everything they promised and really made us feel comfortable with all the decisions we needed to make. Troy Pavelka in particular was very patient and attentive with us. Our project manager Brian communicated with us on a daily basis and made living under construction with two kids bearable! We are grateful to them both and would us then again in a heartbeat!

Reviewed 3 contractors before selecting Normandy for our first floor remodel. Our designer worked within our budget and often met with us after hours and in our home to finalize details. Project was completed on time and on budget. Project site was always clean and safe throughout the remodel. Communication throughout the project was excellent.

We had a very old kitchen in an old Victorian home that needed remodeling. We were looking for a one stop company that could guide us through the design, material choices, and subsequent construction of our kitchen. We are novices in the remodeling/home construction process and needed someone who we could trust that had the expertise and experience in working on old Victorian homes. Laura Barber helped us configure our current floorplan to meet modern building codes and provided us with multiple design choices. She was also very helpful in taking us through choices in flooring, cabinets, lighting, sinks, tile, cabinets, and appliances. During the actual remodeling process Pete Juska was our project manager and he kept the project on schedule managing the team of workers for demolition, structural work, carpentry, flooring, dry wall, electrical and hvac work. He was very knowledgeable regarding building codes and worked with our suburb for all permitting and inspections. It is easy to have a partnership when things go well but a true partnership is tested when things do not go as planned – and in old houses things never go to plan. We did run into a remodeling issue with our flooring and we worked with Normandy on the problem for a mutually agreeable solution. They were reasonable and we felt that they addressed our concerns in fixing the issue. Overall our experience with Normandy was very positive and we have a great deal of respect for their professionalism and expertise. We would definitely use them again for future projects.

Normandy Remodeling was wonderful! Our project included a complete kitchen, master bath and second bath remodel. John Long our designer was the first person to really listen to our vision and add to the design with inventive design features that made the rooms visually awesome - and very functional! Tyler, the project manager, was great. There are always issues, but Tyler resolved these construction issues quickly. If there was a design issue Tyler and John were able to give us options to ensure we were happy with the final outcome. We could not be happier with our new kitchen and baths.

Words cannot express how pleased we are with our new kitchen as well as our new floors. It has been a wonderful journey and are very glad that we chose Normandy to lead us through it. In early 2018 we started the daunting task of moving forward with a Kitchen, Dining Room and Family Room remodel. We had several referrals, but the one person we met and knew instantly we could work with was Vince Weber at Normandy Remodeling. He came into our home and talked to us about what we envisioned for our space. While he was able to come up with his own vision he always made sure that our feelings on the project were validated and taken seriously. He kept us on track, always responded to our calls and emails and did an incredible job with designing what is now a brand new space that we love. We couldn't be happier with the professional level of service we had throughout the entire process......and we love the end result!

We recommend Normandy for several reasons and top ones being their level of professionalism in working in our home by way of performing quality work and being respectful to keep the surrounding home clean. The project management team was very professional and very communicative to ensure we always knew exactly where the project status was at. Finally, the designer we worked with was fantastic - she provided an alternate solution for the layout for our bathroom that was much more efficient than what we had envisioned based on existing constraints and she worked very well within our budget. We will definitely work with Normandy for future home improvement projects and recommend them to others if you are looking for high quality and headache free performance.

Normandy and the dream team we worked with Chris Ebert and Bruce Pettingill were outstanding. They transformed our home!!! And most important they did it ON TIME while I was 6 months pregnant. We hired them to convert our kitchen/dining room into a kitchen with a mudroom. Our home is over a hundred years old with a 18-year-old modem family room addition and my husband fondly referred to it as the Frankenstein house. He wasn't wrong - and the worst part about it was the disaster of the kitchen and the disproportionate amount of space from the old part of the home vs the new part. We had considered a couple of other firms, but from the minute Chris walked our entire home (even though he knew the project focus was only the kitchen) he won me over. He spent a lot of time learning about our home, lifestyle, tastes and asked thoughtful questions and truly served as a trusted advisor. Chris has a sharp eye and a strong vision - we knew we needed a firm like Normandy to really own the project from start to finish - but we thought we knew the direction of the design. What Chris proposed and designed was beyond anything we could have ever imagined - every single person who has walked into our home has marveled at the transformation. As soon as we hired Normandy, Chris guided us through a seamless process - his candor and honesty was so refreshing. We knew they were one of the more expensive firms, however he was considerate and conscientious of our budget and found creative ways to stay within the budget. He is a fantastic listener and kept our insights in mind. Both Chris and Bruce were outstanding communicators, and were extremely patient. Our only stipulation with hiring them was we needed to have the project completed by my due-date - May 21st Bruce and team started the work in Mid- February. I went into labor 3 days early and when I came home from the hospital my brand new kitchen had already been cleaned and was ready for our baby boy. My husband was a little skeptical before hiring Normandy but he has is a converted fan and has already started thinking about other projects with Normandy.
