Sel and his team were excellent. I can't recommend Marmarex enough. We did a renovation of an Edwardian home that was left vaccant for 2 years. We replaced all the electrics, plumbing, damp proofing and installed a new kitchen.Leer valoración completa

This was our first project, a small rear extension and internal renovation. Sel and his guys helped guide us through the project, offering suggestions and ideas and adapting to things as we went through. We've now ended up with something better than we envisaged starting the process. Absolutely chuffed. Great build, very happy and would definitely recommend Marmarex.

Outstanding. Sel and his team stepped in at short notice to fit a new wet room. The work was done promptly, on time and cost, and to a high standard. He was responsive and had good advice about the fit out. I would definitely use again.

Maramex did a complex first floor flat extension over an existing entrance hallway for me and I was really delighted with the outcome. Communication, planning and execution all done quickly, professionally and to budget. The team were very polite and conscientious and worked hard and fast and with little fuss. Strongly recommend.

Unfortunately after one year, water entered through a wall because a hole for a water pipe wasn't properly sealed off. Their plumber's first reaction was "not our problem". Disappointing.

Marmarex have just carried out a kitchen side-return and also built an additional bedroom in our rear loft. They were able to bring in the right people to cover everything from initial architecture plans - who responded to all planning permission responses - through the full build, building regs, and final decoration of the place and any final snags now as we come to completion. They have listened carefully to our requests throughout and responded quickly to any issues. Highly recommended - having worked with many builders in the past on similar projects, these have been one of the best!

Sel and his team were excellent. I can't recommend Marmarex enough. We did a renovation of an Edwardian home that was left vaccant for 2 years. Throughout the whole process Sel and his crew were they were polite, accommodating, trustworthy, didn't cut corners and most importantly got the job done on time and within budget. Of course with an old house there were a few hiccups along the way but they were always dealt with exactly as you would want; Sel would help us understand what the problem was, and offer solutions, and go out of his way to make sure that we happy. I would recommend Sel to anyone who is in need of a builder. Jonathan

Bathroom fitting The work undertaken was to build an upstairs cloakroom toilet off a rear bedroom where there was no existing plumbing (the bathroom is downstairs). Sel and his team at MARMAREX were a pleasure to work with. They all had a great attitude - polite, friendly and happy. I really appreciated the fact that they consulted with me on things like the re positioning of electrical points down to the size of grouting between the tiles! I was very particular about the way everything should be placed and look and they worked with me to achieve the best outcome and, where necessary, made changes. MARMAREX's pricing was competitive and Sel was happy to arrange the purchase of materials through his trade accounts to get the best price for me. I am so pleased with my cloakroom that I am considering another project with MARMAREX.

I would highly recommend Sel and his team. They refurbished our ensuite bathroom and installed a new boiler for us for a very reasonable price and completed the job on-time and with good quality workmanship. The team followed the architectural plans carefully and discussed any need for changes, explaining their reasoning - which was always sound and not to cut corners. There were a few extra material costs along the way, for which Sel was transparent and fair with us. A year on, the bathroom is still in excellent condition. I am delighted with the result and have recommended Sel to several friends and would use his team again for future projects.

We bought our kitchen from Howdens , Marmarex, with their expert advice, helped with the design and liaised continuously with all suppliers to make sure the material delivered on time so the work and installation run smoothly without interruption. Excellent service from start to finish, attention to detail and service from expert tradesmen. The fitting and finish is fantastic and they were very clean workers, punctual and polite.
