Our project was a remodel and redecorate of the kitchen/hearth room area. We changed from traditional to a transitional style. Brad and his team provided excellent service and expertise from start to finish. He was willing to estimate the cost of the project to help us decide if we even wanted to go forward which was extremely helpful. The quality of all the work was excellent and the couple times there was an issue, he quickly and willingly rectified the situation. His craftsmen and workers are the type you don't mind having in your home for an extended time. They were courteous and pleasant people. It's been nearly 2 years since our project was completed and there have been no major issues with the work. We would highly recommend this company.

I have worked with Brad Langeneckert for over 20 years and I can honestly say that you will not find a more conscientious home builder. Brad is always on site and watches every detail. He does keep up with the building science which is of great importance. You always hear of the nightmare contractor stories but you would have nothing short of a great experience with Langeneckert Custom Homes.

I am an Interior Designer and have worked with Langeneckert Homes for 22 years. I always go to Brad for projects requiring a contractor. He is honest, prompt, and very detailed in his proposals and work. We work well together. I bring my creative expertise and he balances my ideas with practical solutions. His work is always top quality. His crew is honest, polite, and tidy. Brad runs his jobs well by planning ahead to prevent delays, I always appreciate that. Brad also knows when to call in a Designer, he is a wise man.

I consider it a privilege to provide a testimonial for Langeneckert Homes. Over the past 20 years I have elicited the help of Langeneckert Homes in two major new home construction projects. On both occasions Langeneckert Homes proved to be an incredible organization, providing unique and invaluable services. Based on other experiences, I know Brad and Trish to be the most honest, hardworking, knowledgable and skilled home builders in the region. My wife and I found Brad and Trish to be upfront and fair in their pricing and faithful to their word. I have been delighted at the efficiency and expertise of Brad in his ability to collate architectural renderings, plans and timetables and to present them in a perfectly organized and relevant manner. I am impressed by the capability of Trish to provide timely, professional and easy to read fiscal information, geared to help the consumer gain a better understanding of complex construction finances. In my interactions with Langeneckert Homes, I have been left with a sense that my new home was in the best of hands, well constructed and built to last a lifetime, which has lead to many better nights sleep. Brad and Trish Langeneckert are tremendous in every aspect, on all of their projects. They follow up on everything until the project is complete and ready to turn the key over to the homeowner. I have known Brad for many years going back to when I was an apprentice.

We chose Langeneckert Homes to finish our basement in the past, and because we were so pleased with the work, we recently had them remodel a bathroom. In both cases, the customer service was fabulous, and the craftsmanship was impeccable. Brad provided clear communication about every step in the process; the workers were reliable, and they always cleaned up before leaving each day. We really appreciated the professional and friendly approach during the whole experience.

We purchased a 110 year old home in a historic district in St. Louis, MO. The home needed updates in baths, kitchen and general systems such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC. We also wanted to expand the kitchen area by adding on to the house and we also added a one car attached garage. After thinking things through, we decided on a complete gut of the home. The city has strict standards for homes in a historic district and Langeneckert Homes was able to meet all of our needs while meeting the guidelines of the historic standards committees. We would strongly recommend Langeneckert Homes to anyone contemplating new construction or remodeling.

Brad Langerneckert did an extensive remodel of our entire first floor. This included extending the house five feet along the back, a newer and larger kitchen, new wood flooring, baseboards and vents on the entire first floor, and a remodeled half bath and laundry room. The job was actually enjoyable. Everyday the crew,,usually with Brad, arrived on time, worked conscientiously the entire day, and left the premises very neat. They even let my husband and I do a few simple tasks to cut down on expenses. We went with Brad after getting 3 comparable bids. Brad was the only one who was not going to destroy our garden and trees. He did need to move one bush for a walkway, but he dug it up and replanted it elsewhere where it lives today. He started the job a few days later than expected because he did not want to excavate a foundation before the heavy rains came. His foresight kept the job moving smoothly and he completed it on time and on budget. Many additions look like add-ons - especially the exterior. Our exterior looks better now than before. He even matched our Leaf Guard gutters. He and the crew were such gentlemen and we never had to eat out because of the remodel. In fact, Brad was very apologetic when we did not have water on the first floor for one day. We are definitely pleased with the results and would certainly recommend Brad Langerneckert if you need to build or remodel a home. He is not cheap, but his work is excellent. Sometimes you get what you pay for. Brad is reliable, a good problem solver, an excellent businessman, and a good person.
