We own Blinds Etc Inc and have done the window coverings for some of the Kleinsmith Homes customers. These houses are built with an eye for detail. The quality is above and beyond many of the homes that we sell window coverings to in the area. I would highly recommend Kleinsmith Custom Homes.

We felt that he truly listened to what we wanted and had excellent suggestions for how to optimize our space. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with from start to finish. John with Kleinsmith Custom Homes was the general contractor on our recent custom build home. From day one, John listened, made wonderful suggestions, and was honest about options that would keep us on budget and on time. He was available every step of the way, answering questions and explaining the process. Our home is our forever dream home and we could not be happier. Our last build was the worst experience with a dishonest contractor and I will admit that we were very hesitant to build again. Our experience with John was the exact opposite. Even his subcontractors told us about him and his fairness dealing with them, paying them on time, and expecting perfection. We could not be more pleased. Would we build again with John Kleinsmith? Our answer is a resounding yes!
