For me, and the clients I have referred her to, she asses their priorities in terms of cost, form and function and is somehow able to make a custom plan that fits each client perfectly. 3. Her suggestions on our last home saved us enough money to cover her fee plus more. 4. She is honest and fair. She has never over billed and has under billed multiple times. 5. She happily works within our strict budget. (Let's just say I'm a little value-conscious)

We did a major renovation of our mountain house. In a nutshell, Sean and Khrysten transformed our house into a space that is absolutely unique, stunning in design and simply a superior quality build. Somehow, as time goes on, we love it more and more. I kid you not, every single person who walks into our house is blown away by what they see. From the custom kitchen's live-edge floating shelves to the custom soffit to the one-of-a-kind rustic fireplace and mantle, and the kicker, Sean's custom built butcher block upcycled into our hall bath sink basin. If you are seeking a beautifully designed custom renovation that is not run-of-the-mill then look no further than this amazing team.

I canā€™t say enough good things about Khrysten. Sheā€™s very easy to work with and one of the best decisions we made in our kitchen renovation was to use her services! She not only made great suggestions but referred us to the best places and businesses in town for what we needed. Her experience is invaluable and we would highly recommend her for any project. In fact we are continuing to use her services for our next project and have recommended her to all our friends! As an addendum we recently received the furniture for the living room Khrysten helped us pick out. We absolutely love the pieces she picked. Her tastes are spot on and we're so happy we chose to listen to her suggestions. We're in the process of remodeling some of our bathrooms with her help. Very professional, not pushy at all. Super easy to work with.

She offers great ideas, without being too pushy with her vision, but isn't afraid to tell us if we want something that won't look good. I live in a relatively secluded area and needed design services renovating a master bedroom/bathroom and the creation of an efficiency apartment. The distance to provide services on site was prohibitive and Khrysten was willing and able to provide design work using all the available technology. In spite of the distance, she was prompt and able to provide me with all the options available to me. We look forward to the next phase of the renovation and have comfort knowing Khrysten will be working collaboratively with our contractor on site.

We executed a design agreement with a local construction firm for an interior kitchen remodel. Khrysten Kent Interiors was their designer for the project. She was a pleasure to work with and was very instrumental in our selection of cabinets, appliances, granite counters and backsplash. She offered us several design choices for our galley kitchen and we can't wait to see the final product. We were scheduled to start January 2, 2017 but a serious illness and ultimately a death in the family has delayed the construction start until March 1, 2017.

Khrysten was a pleasure to work with. She was responsive, creative and helped us turn our old 80's kitchen into one that's beautiful and also very functional. Without changing the footprint of the kitchen, Khrysten designed a complete remodel that feels bigger and flows seamlessly with the rest of the house. We have a very unusual high cathedral ceiling with a soffit we had to keep that limited our options. Khrysten listened and looked at all our wants and ideas and came up with a design we never would have imagined possible. All through the long process of designing and construction, she was quick to help with any question or concerns we had....and I had a lot of questions! All the suggested little details like cabinet hardware, lighting and fixtures complement the new design while keeping with the style of rest of the house. She handled everything with humor and professionalism and I really enjoyed our time working together.

We hired Khrysten Kent to design a bathroom that we were remodeling. She was efficient, professional and very affordable. She maintained good communication with us throughout the project and delivered a binder with drawings, a list of materials with costs and user manuals for the items. She also ordered hardware on our behalf with a 20% discount. The ordering process was quick and painless. I can't wait to work with her on other projects in the future, and I definitely would recommend Khrysten Kent to anybody needing interior design.

Khrysten Kent has worked on several projects in 2 different homes for me and my husband. She has helped decorate my daughters nursery, helped me with art/decor in both homes and helped us remodel our 2nd home (flooring, remodeling a bedroom, painting, decor)! She listens to what we want/need and uses her amazing vision and expertise to make it happen. Khrysten is very dependable, honest and cares about her clients. Khrysten has been wonderful to work with and I highly recommend her. I thought I knew what I was going for when I called her, but she encouraged me in a slightly different direction and I am thrilled with our plans. I have the highest regard for Khrysten Kent! Not only has she designed the interior of my house, she designed my yard as well. With her direction and style I now have a home that represents me and no longer looks like a cookie cutter house! With the severe drought and the fact that I was tired of maintaining my yard, I hired Khrysten to design a maintenance free yard. I am beyond pleased with both my beautiful yard and my home. Khrysten was professional and really understood what I wanted. She listened and made excellent suggestions, which resulted in my home reflecting both my style and her expertise! Comentado: I love the pendant lights over the island, where are they from?I remodeled this house about 3 years ago so I am not completely positive, but I think it was from Kichler. You might want to search formal rubbed bronze, burlap shade, drum pendant. I hope that helps

Comentado: What was the brand and name of paint on walls please?A good quality eggshell wipes off just fine and looks more rich and sophisticated over time, whereas, a semi gloss or gloss can look cheap and they are more difficult to paint over down the road. I ho...
