Eric and his team have done two significant additions/remodels for us. The first was adding a two car garage, master bath and walk in closet. The second was a complete basement reno after some water damage. The addition is perfect. It blends seamlessly into the rest of the house. The team salvaged original 100 year old stone from the original garage to use on the new construction and matched the slate tile of the roof. The craftmanship of the bathroom and closet is outstanding. Eric and his team are responsive, professional and were on time and on budget. The basement project was unanticipated but Eric's team came up with creative solutions to make sure that the plumbing was modernized and also assisted the homeowner with negotiations with other vendors to save on costs related to replacing sewer lines. Would highly recommend for any size scope of project.

We hired Jensen Design to do a complete master bathroom renovation for us. This renovation required complete demo of the old, adding and moving plumbing and electric, drywall install, tiling the floor and shower, installing all new fixtures and lots of painting. We are extremely happy with the end result and appreciated their hard work along the way. They gave us an estimated time line from the beginning and stayed right on schedule. We appreciated their communication the most as we always knew what was happening and what was to come. As with every home project, there were a few minor hiccups along the way and Eric was always quick to assess and fix things and advocate for his client. We always felt our wishes and wants were top priority and his expertise in bathroom remodeling made us feel very confident in using his company to do the work! I highly recommend using this company for any home projects or renovations.

Two years ago we had a designer draw up a basic bath remodel plan but then the challenge was to find tile pro. Thru NextDoor Eric was highly recommended, and he did not disappoint. He added his own unique ideas to the plan and his crew was skilled and neat and especially nice to my dogs (one new rescue pup had an accident and they cleaned it up while I was out!). The materials and fixtures suggested were top notch and each person working seemed expert in their field. We added in an upgrade to my attic bath and they made sure it was done first, on time for a friend going through a rough patch who needed an extended stay with us! Both the revised bath and gutted and redesigned master are gorgeous and functional. An early plumbing glitch was slightly disarming but fully resolved and their calm I. That crisis was stellar. I stole some photos from this site to show you the master. We love it, and would hire then again in a heartbeat.

We hired Jensen Design for a large interior renovation project. We already had plans from a previous team. Eric Jensen was able to take the plans, make some suggestions and run with it. He was very clear from the start with budget and what we could expect. The project itself was straight forward and despite some surprise findings went smoothly overall. The quality of the finished product is impressive and we are very happy with the outcome. It turned out beautifully!

Eric Jensen is the only contractor I would ever use. He is professional, comes when he says he's coming, takes as long as he says the project will take and charges what he says he'll charge, no surprises. He said he would be at my house at 8:30 on a Monday, he was there at 8:30, said it would take 5 days, it did and on the 6th day came back to hang 3 small pictures. His work is outstanding and beautiful. If you want the best hire him, you will not be disappointed. Besides that he's a really nice guy.

We hired Jensen Design to finish our basement and they were the best company I could have hoped for in many ways. 1) Most importantly they were all good people. I had to pick a company that I would trust to be in my house when I was not there - but even more importantly - when my wife and kids were. From the moment I met Eric and then his crew I felt completely at ease with them. It got to the point that my daughters would wait by the door every morning until "The Erics" showed up to work and would pepper them with questions and show them pictures they colored for the crew. His guys would always take time and actually listen to my girls. I have never met a company of contractors/workmen that would do the little things like that. I truly liked everyone that came to work and my family was happy when the job was finished so we could live in our space - but my girls daily stated they were sad the workers were gone. You can stop reading now and just hire Jensen Design for this reason alone. 2) We had some ideas in mind of what we wanted with design ideas but Eric was able to take them from our head, tweak them, and make a beautiful and functional space for our family. We would give him general concepts and he designed exactly what we could have planned if I had his expert design mind. A few ideas Eric had I questioned but now have been some of my favorite things we did. 3) His crew was efficient, kept us informed of plans for the day/week very well, kept the rest of the house very clean as they worked. The website that Jensen uses to keep everyone in the loop is an excellent tool to keep the homeowner involved in the process and make it easy to ask questions/make changes at a moments notice 4) They did GREAT work. All we get is complements on the basement now. We got our home refinanced and thus appraised and the appraiser said 3-4 times that no homes in our area have a basement as nice as ours. We agree. This is exactly what we had pictured when we bought the house. What was once a cold and stark area has become the best part of our house and where our family lives most of the day. I have and will continue to recommend Jensen Design to all of our family and friends and we will be having them out soon to redo our bathrooms and kitchen.

We hired Jensen Design for an extensive renovation which included a kitchen remodel, an addition to add a master suite, adding a playroom and office, laundry renovation, all new floors, new double HVAC systems and plumbing, garage repair, an exterior porch and pergola. Our experience with Jensen Design was rather dreamy and so different than the horror stories we have heard our friends have gone through. And since our renovation, we have referred a handful of friends to Eric and his team and they have had the BEST experiences. These guys are honest, focused on quality work, provide incredibly design perspective, and get the job done on time and on budget. In fact, we kept adding exciting elements to our project, yet Eric managed to get it all done on a highly compressed schedule. Things can always go wrong in renovations of old homes, but the difference with Eric is that he will always work to make it right. Always. That alone is priceless. Eric and his crew are truly amazing people, rare in the contracting world, and they are worth every penny. We are so grateful for our experience with them and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I had Jensen completely gut and redo my upstairs bathroom. Eric and I met a few times to review the design, he helped me find some of the fixtures I wanted, found me the best price on items including a huge savings on my tub, worked within my budget and basically redesigned the whole bathroom when I changed my mind. We ran into a couple hiccups as you would in a house built in 1921 and they stayed on budget and on schedule, even after we had to completely flip the whole design. Everyone that works for them was great, not only polite but also considerate of us staying in the house while the project happened. I absolutely love my finished bathroom it turned out better than I even imagined. They were great to work with and I highly recommend them.
