JAS Design-Build is located in the Wallingford neighborhood of Seattle. We staff and support an in-house design department, a custom cabinet shop, a general contracting group and interior designers. With 80 employees, we combine the service and attention of a small company with the efficiency and strengths of a large company. We strive to provide a process that is focused, creative, and collaborative, and a finished product that will be enjoyed for years.
