Communication between the homeowner, designer, craftsmen, and subcontractors is clear and timely ensuring projects run smoothly. Our design team has enjoyed every project teamed with Hames Custom Builders! Senior Designer, Erika Barczak, has worked with Hames on several remodel and new construction projects, they are an integral part of the building puzzle.

Nathan is truly amazing at what he does and it shows in the home he builds. We built a custom home in High Meadow Ranch and Nathan did an awesome job at making sure our home stayed on schedule and was built at the highest level of quality. His experience and craftsmanship shows in each of his projects. We were truly blown away by how easy and smooth our building process was from start to finish. I can't recommend him enough, he truly builds a spectacular home! Thank you so much for everything!!

Nathan built our home and we moved in Oct. 2015. The process was fairly easy and he was by far the most reliable and punctual person we talked to during our process of trying to find a builder. He continued to be that way throughout the entire process. We are very pleased and we love our home!

Hames Custom Homes screened in our patio for us. We are extremely satisfied with the work. The service was provided on day and time promised, went smoothly and cost was the same as the bid. Every person we dealt with was professional and courteous. It was a pleasure to work with Hames Custom Homes and we won't hesitate to call them for any future needs or recommend them to others.

Nathan Hames just finished our custom home in Spring. He did an excellent job. He listens, he is patient and creative. Very hands on and made himself available to us at all times.
