We hired Robert to build our first ever custom home. We selected him because of his experience, ability to answer questions about all aspects of home building, and detailed and thorough quoting package. We also really liked the architect that Robert partnered with and felt they worked extremely well together with Robert keeping him "on track" during the design process much more than most builders would be willing to do. During the actual build of the house, we found that Robert had extremely good quality contractors, and he kept the project on schedule, and also REALLY watched the quality of the work done, even cleaning up the work site many nights after the workers had left. In fact I think we were surprised at how often he was at the site, it really felt like he was watching over the process like the house was his, not ours. He estimated the build would take 9 months, and we were in the house exactly 9 months later. Three years later I'm happy to say we still love every aspect of the house and feel the construction was performed with exceptional care and quality. I would recommend Robert to anyone wanting to build a house with a knowledgeable, honest, caring and detail oriented builder!

We used Robert Luongo with Craftmaster Homes to build our hill country home. Robert kept us “grounded” throughout the project and delivered a home well beyond our expectations.
