Closet Factory - Austin

Responsiveness, Value I hired Closet Factory for a closet installation in Sun City after my friend Sue had her closet redone by them. We downsized with retirement and while I love my new home, figuring out where to put 65+years of stuff was a constant source of aggravation! I could not be happier with the final result. From the appointment with the designer Sarah, all the way to installation, everyone was a joy to work with. They did a fabulous job on my walk in and left my closet and their work area spotless when they were done. Highly recommend!

These guys don’t have a clue about closets. The entire project (6 walk-in closets and 1 mudroom) was botched by them. If you value your time and money go with someone else. For instance, they are supposed to be a closet company and can’t even get the basics like a drawer properly designed, aligned, and installed. The drawers are so flimsy and rough that I scratch myself every time I use it. Please don’t have a repeat of my experience, read the contract carefully- they will take most of your money before installation and leave you with a shoddy job and you can’t do anything. If you still decide to go with them, do it through Costco. I am not sure why Costco decided to include closet factory as a vendor but at least you have the Costco brand which might save you a lot of senseless pain and troubles.

I am in LOVE with my from Closet Factory! About a month I had my closet redone by Closet Factory and let me tell you it turned out amazing! My husband and I live in a cookie cutter home in the suburbs with basic builder design. Thankfully, Sarah, one of the amazing co owners, came into my home and created the closet of my dreams! Not only is there room to hang clothes, but I have an amazing shoe system, shelves for folded clothes, and a pull out hamper I am obsessed with! If you are in the market for a new closet system, garage organization, laundry room cabinets, check with Closet Factory your going to love their work! I know I did!

First class experience from beginning to end. Sarah came to our home, discussed what we had in mind for our office, took measurements and gave us an estimate in a few days. Her price was a little over our budget so she worked with us to provide a comparable solution within our price range. The installers arrived right on time and finished within the promised timeframe. In fact they came to our home the day before to double check the measurements which was a first for us. We got half a dozen estimates for this project and although Closet Factory wasn't the low bidder, we were satisfied they would provide the best bang for the buck and we were right! Highly recommended.
