Buildtech specialist in residential renovations, extension and Deep Retrofits with particular emphasis on a Design and Build approach with homeowners. We seek to work with our clients to design and value engineer projects to ensure project budgets are achieved. Used Buildtech for a complete renovation of my 100+ years old 2 bed terraced in Dublin 8. Main work involved complete house electrical re-wiring, installation of a new gas boiler (combi boiler), new kitchen including raising the roof as it was initially very low,), bathroom re=tiled with new shower, toilet and hand basin, new doors (front and double glass door opening from kitchen to back garden, internal shaker doors), new triple glazed windows (including for the atrium towards back of house). Very happy with the work, house looks more modern with much more light wwhile still keeping many of the original features. Buildtech's project manager Paul communicated with me regularly, constantly keeping me up to date with progress and giving me recommendations. Project costs were well explained and broken down with any new suggestions clearly communicated and costed.

Very very happy with the job they did. The hall and kitchen had to be re-plastered following leaks and you could not tell that the ceiling had been re-plastered and painted. A gentleman who I suspect was closely related to Mickey Mouse did a previous plastering job for us and the difference between that and Buildtech is like night and day. The plumbers, plasterers and painter were courteous, efficient ,on time and professional. Robbie was always available to take a call or would return a call as soon as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We wre very happy with the service provided by Buildtech. It was a one stop shop for all our needs. We had a burst pipe at the house and needed the services of plumbers painters and decorators. Buildtech organised everything including the fitting of a new wood floor in the hall. They brought samples to the house which took the stress out of the situatuon. I would recommend the service they provide to my friends and family.

Had Buildtech in after recommendation from my Insurance company. Water leak happened on a Bank Holiday weekend and Buildtech were on the case immediately. They rectified the cause of the leak and managed the repairs to the ceiling and walls. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work from Derek the plumber , Alan the plasterer , Justin the decorator and Harry the carpet man. All were punctual , efficient and their work is to the highest standard. A big thank you to Robbie who managed the whole project despite some significant obstacles in the course of the work. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and I will use them in the future .
