I contracted Charlie and his team to complete some renovations for me. Charlie is the absolute professional. I knew what was going to happen and when. From plans to execution a job well done. I highly recommend Charlie and his team to anyone and will certainly use them again in the future.

Our renovation was completed to our complete satification, on time and under budget. Charlie was very approachable and handled everything to our complete satisfaction. All trades arrived on time and were very helpful and tidy.

Charlie went beyond the call of duty. He was a delight to deal with..helpful, polite, offered cost saving solutions for me and demonstrated great attention to detail. Not only that, but I had peace of mind that he was a QBCC recommended Builder with a Gold License. I was extremely happy with his service and will definately use him again.

Charlie and BTS Homes has done four building jobs for usat different properties. Three were renovations, and the biggest one was building our current house (on the back of a small Queenslander). We're really pleased with the results and very happy in the home. We've always been really happy with the quality of the work from BTS Homes and the attention to detail, and also happy with the tradies that Charlie uses, who have all worked with him for a long time. All the projects were completed on time and we were happy with them. Charlie also looks after us if things go wrong and makes sure they are fixed. Would definitely recommend Charlie and BTS Homes.
