To start with the good news: we got some artistic features incorporated into our home, which we really like and this was the main reason we chose to work with Zerik Scales, one of the Partners of Quality by Design aka Belle Hampton Properties aka Habitable Art. Unfortunately, our overall experience is nothing like the other "reviews". From the start, the crew was extremely unprofessional. We had to ask for them not to drink beer while working on our house several times and the site was always left filthy with cigarettes, beer cans and food waste everywhere. The worst part was Zerik's management and communication was unreliable - to the point that now we are trying to close final items, like potentially dangerous electrical wiring issues that have been ongoing for several months - and Zerik is not responding at all. Long story short, this has created a lot of work and anxiety for us and we have no idea if they even plan to complete our project or repair defective installations.
