Excellent team of guys lead by Roman. Artemia provided a very competitive price for the work to be completed, and at all stages of the first/second build i was kept informed of the work in progress and milestone dates for completion, which were all achieved. Roman was very helpful in explaining specific requirements and the build process during the first build stages and was always open to answering questions. During the second build fixing stage, electricians, plasterers, joiners etc, were all on site at the correct time without delays. All the work was completed to a high standard and i have already recommended Artemia to family and other friends who required building work to be completed.

Roman has deep knowledge of the construction of houses. Also, I found him very professional and organised person. However, what I like most about him is, he is very detailed about each and every item/activity he carries out at his construction site.

I worked with Roman from Artemia Homes to develop a new home where a garage stood. We found them to be very professional, inciteful and their work is of the highest standard. Roman also had great ideas in terms of modern building methods, and is up to date on the latest building technology. We look forward to working with them again.
