The company was a pleasure to work with, from contract through completion. The contract was extremely detailed and the price was the best I received. The company took care of all the permitting and completed the project expeditiously. The attention to detail was excellent and the finishing work beyond expectations. I highly recommend this company.

Anastasios brought a wealth of knowledge and expert craftsmanship to my renovated basement that was severely damaged from the September 2021 flooding. He and his very competent employees, Walter and Luis, had some great ideas for storage, WI-FI placement and securing my home from future water damage. The barn doors leading to the storage area with a slap board wall looks fantastic. a much better option than pegboard and one that I had no idea existed. My basement came out better than I imagined. I would recommend Anastasios to any one. He is pleasant to deal with and delivered.

I wanted to give Tasos 5 stars. He did excellent work, within budget and finishing on time. He and his men were pleasant and respectful seasoned professionals. However, they left me with an upper cabinet door that had a chip in it, a dishwasher with a piece missing (the kick panel near the floor) and a lower cabinet kick panel missing. Despite repeatedly promising me he would fix these, I finally have given up after a year.

Anastasios brought professionalism and creativity to our project of a major rehabilitation of a 1910 Manhattan townhouse, with fine restoration work, and creative solutions to field conditions that took advantage of things we discovered in the field. In the end the work brought the building back to life and updated it for the new millennium.

I've worked with NYC Renovation group on 3 projects over the past 15 or so years. One was a kitchen renovation which required a lot of skill, detail, patience and creativity. The results were superb and now, over 10 years since the job was done, the kitchen held up beautifully.. Tasos and his excellent painters painted by pre-war apt. twice with results that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company and would use them again in the future.

We hired Picasso to execute a complicated architectural design. The space was a former Con Edison substation in SoHo NYC, which was to be converted into a Lola Supper Club and Performance space. Picasso show to be very resourceful in reacquiring materials at reasonable costs. The company made timely progress reports, any deviations from the schedule or architectural design was brought to our attention with proposed resolutions. Picasso worked well with LUFT Architects who were responsible for the design. Finally, Picasso came in .75% above budget, which we consider excellent performance, considering the scope and number of unknowns factors of the project. Sincerely Thomas Patrick-Odeen.
