In addition to creative design, we offer a variety of construction and site management services. 2MO process was very efficient and made the entire construction journey easy for me. At the end my interior renovation was exactly how I always imagined and around the budget I had. We fabricated our kitchen cabinets by 2MO which was a premium quality and bathroom design is beautiful.

Mohsen and his team designed, renovated and transformed my basement into a beautiful living space. The quality of their design and attention to detail cannot be overstated. The project required a lot of decisions, on layout, and materials and almost daily communication. They were very responsive to questions or any unexpected issues that arose and worked with me to find the most cost-effective solution. I am very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend 2MO.

While we didn't end up working together on my office reno project, I do think they were incredibly responsive, professional and quoted a very fair price for the scope of work we were looking to do. The only reason we chose to go with another vendor was merely timing and a slightly lower projected cost. I recommend connecting with 2MO for any project. They were a delight to work with!

This project included an addition, a bathroom remodel, a living room remodel, and the construction of a roof and balcony. 2MO studio provided architectural services to file the job with the department of building and also successfully legalized our existing deck. I viewed an ad for 2MO on Houzz. I looked at their portfolio on https://2mo.com/portfolio/ and viewed a kitchen which was completely aligned to my preferences. The kitchen in Battery Park had a bright atmosphere and spacious look through added cabinets. I sent along this reference to 2MO to clarify my design need, project scope and timeline. 2MO added their creative touch and considered my budget constraints for my 1.5 bedroom apartment in Manhattan. I am SO pleased with my remodeled kitchen. Looking forward to many dinner parties to come! Absolutely recommend this team of professionals.

He’s incredibly attentive, detail oriented, timely and communicative. We had a very exact vision of what we wanted and he’s brought it to life. When we encountered some unexpected surprises (none caused by 2MO), Mohsen worked with us to get things sorted and remain on timeline and on budget. I know finding a good contractor can be difficult and prior to meeting Mohsen I had all but lost faith in home renovations however, he has completely restored it. If you’re looking for a great contractor in the NYC Metro area, I strongly encourage you to consider Mohsen.
