Product looks great, is quiet but powerful vent hood. Love it! It was easy to order online from the website, everyone at Proline was great to work with. Would use them again in the future for any range hood needs.

I have been very pleased with my proline range hood. The different colored indicator lights to show the three fan speeds and lights that shine over the stove are attractive and helpful. It looks very professional and I've had several compliments from family and friends who notice this hood when visiting in the kitchen

after remodeling my kitchen in 2011 / i was looking for a island range hood on line i went with proline hoods i loved it recently i needed a new touch control panel i e-mailed also called and talked with barbara (who knew exactly what i needed) and was instructed on what i needed to get replacement part i am evry happy with company and highly recomend proline for any loking for a new range hood

I bought a hood for my screened in porch that has Ebreeze vinyl windows. We bought it in April 2013 and have had no issues with it with the exception of the LED switch going bad. The company immediately sent the part free of charge and I had it within a few days of calling. I would recommend them to everyone looking for a quality product that is easy to install, operate and maintain. The cost of the product was superior to anything else we looked at and I shopped for a long time. My porch cost over $45,000 but the hood was only $1600 and was well worth every penny. It is very powerful too and keeps 100% of smoke off the porch!!!!

We contacted ProHoods regarding replacement parts for a range hood that was already installed in a home we recently bought. Although the parts were out of warranty, they offered to send us the needed parts at no cost to us. Parts already arrived, only two days after we contacted them. Their customer service is excellent.

The 36-inch Island Range Hood, SlimLine Pro is well made and looks great at all angles. I get lots of compliments from people who see the piece of my new open kitchen concept remodeling project. Its look is very sleek and simple, well made, and easy to clean. The fan is powerful enough to do its job and has the 6 settings to adjust the power and noise level. LED lights are very bright and energy efficient. Customer service is very helpful and were able to answer questions on my order.

Remolding our kitchen we (wife) found this ranger hood by searching the 100's of web sits. The installation was very easy. It has work flawless for 4 years. The ranger light stopped working about 3 weeks back. First tried to find a power transformer local but had on luck. So I call Proline for help. They was very helpful (even though the hood was out of warranty) they found the replacement part I needed through the part number and photos. I am very very pleased with the service I have received. When I first installed it very one that seen it asked how nice it looked and where I got it so I pasted the info now.

On our new house build we got to the point for the hood system and we're not impressed with our options locally. I started searching on the Interneta me came across Proline hoods. There website had videos that were very helpful and informative. I finally decided on a hood and with some hesitation ordered. The hood came on the day they said it would and when I opened the box I was extremely impressed with the packing. The hood it's self was completely covered in a felt like sock. I finally got it out and was amazed at the quality that went into building it. The hood was absolutely beautiful. I haven't had it installed yet but it will be a perfect finishing touch to my kitchen. I could not recommend this company enough. You will not find a better hood or a better price!!
