Has some issues with this oven, Euro chef did stand behind their product. I live this fabulous oven. Great job.

The Verona oven has been very challenging, since purchasing this in January 2021. The digital clock is connected to the control panel. I have learned that the clocks have not been working correctly for many people. We have been without an oven for 3 months and that has been very challenging. If you do not reach EuroChef immediately, please email AnneMarie as she is very helpful and will address your issues.

Where to begin...last Sept. I purchased a 40” Ilve Pro Series range with 6 burners and 2 ovens for nearly $6,000. It arrived and was just as beautiful as the photos. Unfortunately, we couldn’t get it to work out of the box. The digital clock didn’t work so I called EuroChef to have it repaired. As other reviewers stated, it took forever and several phone calls and about 4 weeks before I could get a response. Mind you, I could not use the oven during this time because the digital clock apparently needs to work for the oven to work...really!! Finally, a repairman comes to fix the clock and said it was faulty and he had to replace the entire part. Then, a few weeks after the clock was fixed and we were actually able to use the new range, I noticed that one of the burners was malfunctioning. It would turn on and light, but then something would trigger the safety feature to automatically shut off the burner...not cool when you’re hosting a huge Thanksgiving dinner and one burner doesn’t work on the brand new range. This brings me to another issue...the fact that this 40” double oven model does not fit a standard size 16” roasting pan big enough for a 20 lb. turkey or large roast OR standard size 17” cookie sheets. Seriously!! I had to use one of those flimsy aluminum roasting pans that could bend to fit inside the oven and get a smaller 12 lb turkey. I supposed the Italian maker didn’t think of this since they don’t celebrate Thanksgiving and probably don’t roast large turkeys. Anyway, the larger of the 2 ovens is only 15” wide and about 14” deep on the inside. I couldn’t find these dimensions anywhere when I was looking at the range specs. Had I known, I would have purchased the single oven. Unfortunately, there are no stores in my area (Pasadena/Los Angeles) that carry this brand so I could not view it in person. I purchased the range based on the few reviews I could find online and the Pro Series is pretty new apparently. Aside from now having to use small 13” baking pans for everything inside the oven, I do like the multiple baking features. So...here I am, still waiting for the burner to be repaired because apparently there are not enough qualified Ilve repair companies in Los Angeles (good luck if you live in any small town USA). It has now been 5 months of waiting...and I am just disappointed that what appears to be a high end product should not have so many defects and warranty/service is a joke. Anyway, hope this review helps those who are on the fence about making an investment on a high end Ilve range. You may just end up disappointed, too.

When ILVE ranges are first installed they automatically set to AUTO mode (the ltter A appears on the digital clock display) and the ovens will not function in this mode. There is a simple adjustment (press the two buttons with the pot icons simultaneously.) Once the ovens are out of Auto mode they should function normally.
We do have many servicers in your area, however, we can never guarantee their availability as they are independent contractors.
We apologize that you were not able to find the oven dimensions prior to purchasing your range, but they are listed on our website: http://ilveappliances.com/majestic-features#all-about under the "Electric Oven Features Section".

Verona range grates do not fully support smaller size pots.
A smaller size pot can tip over while on the burner grate.
Obviously a hot pot of liquids tipping over while cooking could cause a serious risk of bodily injury.
Verona has no concern, no remedy, no solution for this problem.
Verona will not exchange, modify, refund or replace.
I have sent photos illustrating this pot tipping over scenario that clearly demonstrates the risk.
For this reason I would strongly recommend not purchasing a Verona Range.

Dear EuroChef: we purchased an:
48 in ILVE Majestic Range, Range Hood, Backsplash, every accessory, plus. Amazingly beautiful product, wonderful to use, showstopping centerpiece of a 1929 kitchen. Great customer service, from order, ship, delivery, installation, and post installation extras. We made a huge investment, and believe ILVE far exceeds other products, is not commercial, but totally a residential high end product, high safety rating, which is key for home use and insurance purposes. Many thanks to Tim, Service Director, Michelle, Sales Director, and all the folks who helped us get an ILVE purchased, shipped and Installed in New Mexico, USA! I am considering a smaller ILVE Majestic for our Albuquerque home as well! Thank you, to all, including Abbeys Cucina! Awesome Experience! Got to thank our Silver City, NM contractor, Joshua T. Burke of New World Builders, as well.

Avoid EuroChef if you ever plan on using their warranty.
I purchased a Verona cooktop in June. The starter on the center burner is faulty -- it clicks and clicks and clicks. To be fair, I love the cooktop otherwise, but getting service is damn near impossible. I contacted the company on 2/9. They said they'll contact a service tech in my area. A month goes by and it's radio silence so I write them back -- they say, "oh, someone will get back to you today for sure." It's now been six weeks and nothing.

Eurochef provides excellent cooking appliances with a constant focus to quality, value, and innovation. The staff is wonderful, and they always inspire confidence. They know the product they are selling, and always have answers to even the most technical questions.
Prices on EuroChef products are typically 10-25% less than competitor's since they focus on building the product rather than financing huge marketing campaigns.

After a horrible experience dealing with the company I bought my appliances from, My Verona range finally arrived 75 days late. Unfortunately the seller did not supply the backguard that was supposed to be included.
I contacted EuroChef to find out if I could purchase the backguard directly. I wont go into details about exactly what they did for me for fear it will be expected of them, but suffice it to say Marc Kriegel went above and beyond to make sure I got my backguard.
Our range looks and cooks beautifully, and I have been extremely pleased with the customer service from Verona / EuroChrf. I highly suggest checking them out, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

I love my ILVE stainless steel range!
I've had it for a year and a half and it works perfect ! We love cooking and it has so many different features. It's also beautiful, like a piece of art in my new kitchen.
