I went with appliance world in Huntington based off of a recommendation from a friend and my salesman was Stu.I thought it was an easy transaction but I have had nothing but problems from the start the stove came in broken as did the refrigerator.They had to come 3 times to fix the stove and I’m on the 5 refrigerator not to mention I have a 6 week old daughter and all of my wives breast milk has gone bad due to the refrigerator breaking.This has been the worst company I have ever done business with and would never recommend anyone using them.They laughed this time when I told them the refrigerator has malfunctioned and my wife lost all of the breast milk.My poor wife worked so hard to produce that and I don’t think that is something to make a joke about.

My wife and I bought an old house and had to replace all the appliances. We did our due diligence and research and went to a large chain store to price the appliances we selected. We then went to Appliance World and met with Neil Mistry, the sales manager. I know Neil as we are gym buddies at the local Golds Gym. Within one day, Neil got back to us with prices for everything that were far below the big chain stores prices, even with the 10% veteran's discount they offered. We agreed upon a delivery date, and the delivery men showed up when scheduled, brought all the appliances into our home, removed all the packing material, and took away our old appliances. They couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. As a nice aside, Neil invited us to attend a cooking demonstration at the Appliance World Huntington store, and it was one of the nicest meals out we have ever had. Having retired from the medical implantables sales field, I am acutely aware of the importance of customer service and Neil provided us with the best buying experience we have ever had. I am pleased to give Neil and Appliance World FIVE STARS and will recommend them to all of our friends. Kevin and Kathy Thompson

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
This May we decided to do a full renovation of our kitchen. We visited Appliance World on 5/11/2019 and finally settled for a full package of 4 BOSCH appliances that included a 24” BOSCH Micro oven combo with speed cook/convection feature in the microwave, BOSCH Cooktop, BOSCH Dishwasher and one Whirlpool refrigerator.
Previously we had a 24” gas oven. Based on Nick’s recommendation (Appliance World Sale Rep), we changed our gas oven to electric. This was an additional cost of $600 to us but we did it anyway. After we finalized the design with our contractors, we requested Appliance World to send the specs over to our contractors who were installing our new cabinets.
Nick assured us time and again not to worry as they work with all contractors very closely.
All this while we were thinking that we will be getting the 24” BOSCH Micro oven combo with speed cook/convection feature in the microwave. Due to these reassurances, I did not check the specs thinking they should be correct.
Now the work started in our kitchen and the appliances were delivered. I signed the delivery order and overlooked comparing the sales order with my original order. While I was checking the manual for the microwave, I realized the blunder done by Appliance World. I was totally aghast. They had sent over 30” specs for the combo oven to my contractor. This 30” combo did not have speed cook and convection in my microwave. I was horrified. My desire to upgrade my microwave was shattered.
I informed this error to Nick and also spoke with the manager Brian. Appliance World is refusing to take any ownership of the wrong specs sent to my contractor. They are asking for an extra $1000.00 to replace my microwave with the one with speed cook / convection.
They have ruined it for me. I would absolutely NEVER recommend Appliance World to any of my friends and family since they have not kept up to their commitment. I am extremely disappointed.

There is no better place to buy appliances than Appliance World in Huntington, New York. The sales force is incredibly knowledgeable about the high end appliances they sell. Dan and Brian Nathan, two sons of the founder, are enthusiastic and understand the importance of service. Brian actually came to our home to train us on the operation of the appliances we bought. Besides great service and selection, they price match. Their delivery team was cautious and respectful of our home. They have a large showroom in Huntington presenting all of the best brands. Did I mention the on site chef? the snacks? the dog friendly staff? the 1 year interest free financing? ALSO, they deliver to a wide area including the East End of Long Island. I could not not be happier with this company. You will be too.

We have been working with Appliance World for several years now. We do large remodel projects and build new homes. We need to know that our customers are treated well and made a priority. Communication and scheduling are two big concerns when it comes to selecting appliances. Working with Appliance World has eliminated all of our concerns. Wood Stone has only been working with Appliance World for a short time, but it didn't take long to find out what a top-notch organization Appliance World is. Kevin Nathan and his team are personable, hard-working, and professional with all of their clients. When our installation process ran into challenges, the team delved into their catalog of local contacts to make sure that we completed the job on time.
Their beautiful Huntington showroom is meticulously maintained, and most of their products are live, so their clients can make an educated buying decision. I was, and continue to be, very impressed by Appliance World.

I have been working with Appliance World for as long as I can remember, and over the years, we have collaborated on countless projects. In fact, we even designed the renovation of their showroom and the new exterior.

I have been a customer of appliance world for 20 years. My purchases have included dishwashers, washing machines and dryers. My experience has been excellent consistently. Most recently I've purchased Thermador and Bosch kitchen appliances. I would highly recommend Danny as he is knowledgeable, experienced, professional and has a great attitude. Appliances were delivered as scheduled and installation was professional and immaculate.
