Thank you posting your review. I am sorry that you are having problems with the dedicated circuit breaker tripping. We are required by code to install an Arc Fault breaker for your safety and sometimes they nuisance trip. We were not aware you were having this problem and we are happy to come back and replace the breaker. Since we did this job on Sept 19, 2014 a newer breaker may solve tripping.
I am sorry you felt our electrician was rude in response to your concern about the holes. As you know the wall already had several old patch marks some of which we opened up to help reduce the impact. My electrician did indicate beforehand there would be notches made in the walls to remove and relocate the wires that were in the way of the proposed new window. As you know I personally returned to your home on Dec 3rd, 2014 to work with you to patch the walls. Upon completion you indicated your satisfaction with the repair work.
Please do not hesitate to call me. I am happy to discuss any concerns you may have.
Thank you,
Vincent Tingley, Owner
