I had an old fuse-box which started making a buzzing sound under load. OneStop Pro came out that evening after several unsuccessful attempts to schedule an appointment with other electricians in the area. After being informed that my box was a cheap, no-name model, but that I could get away with just some new circuit breakers, I decided instead to get a new box installed. They did not push this solution on me at all, but I figured I might as well upgrade while I was at it. They were able to send a crew out within a couple days per my request, and finished the work in a timely manner. They also fixed a few other niggling electrical issues I had, including a whole-house fan with a stuck pull chain (they replaced with switches on the wall). Overall, I was pleased with the work, timeliness, and professionalism.

I highly recommend One Stop Pro (formally DFC Mechanical). Robert and Dan are always courteous and very good at explaining what the issue is and how they will go about fixing the problem. Recently the furnace in my house stopped working and they were able to come out right away and get it fixed quickly with new parts. The pricing is reasonable and the work is always well done. I will use them in the future and appreciate their professionalism.

Overall ... great experience with Rob and OneStop Pro. Recently called because our furnace stopped working. Rob arrived early one evening and was very patient in diagnosing the problem. Turns out our draft inducer motor decided to quit on a 13 yr old furnace. Rob presented us with various options to resolve the issue. He was transparent and professional, never used a hard sales tactic for higher priced options. We decided to replace the motor and received a fair quote for part and labor (had time to research as we wanted to contemplate options overnight). I would recommend Rob and OneStop Pro for their professional approach to helping customers (on time, honest, willing to educate, fair price, proper clean up after the job). Thank you, Rob.

OneStop Pro did a terrific job and I highly recommend them. Robert, Sam and the rest of the team upgraded our home's electrical service from 100 to 200 Amps. Amongst other poorly executed remodel projects performed by one of the previous homeowners, the electrical service had numerous safety issues including improper grounding. It had given us great concern since we acquired the home 2 years ago and we can finally sleep with peace of mind tonight knowing that we are safe. OneStop Pro did a terrific job for a reasonable fee. They even stayed late on a Friday night during the coldest day of the year to get the job done. Passing inspection by the City of Chicago (arguably the toughest city in the U.S. regarding electrical code enforcement) was a breeze because of their quality. One Stop Pro has proven to me they are dedicated to getting things finished on time, properly, and for the agreed upon fee. Aside from outstanding quality and customer service provided, I really appreciate One Stop Pro being competent with HVAC and Plumbing in addition to Electrical - why go anywhere else! After a terrific first experience I'll be a loyal customer; this old and poorly remodeled house has many other issues to address and I'll be calling them again soon.
