I wrote Ferrer's and other electricians about installing the wiring for a portable generator. I decided to go with another company because my neighbor had previously used the other company and had good things to say. Even when Ferrer's knew they were not getting my business, they still answered my questions about generators. When they realized I was new to hiring contractors (my husband always did it before) they went out of their way to email me suggestions on how to hire (i.e. questions I should be asking) and work with contractors. Very caring and responsive.

Pete and Mike are excellent people to deal with. Pete sent Mike over and he corrected the problem I had. Mike was a sweetheart, very thorough and efficient. You can tell he takes pride in his work.

We hired Ferrer’s Electric for several jobs, including the installation of 3 ceiling fans and wiring, a new hallway outlet, upgrading from 100 amp to 200 amp service, a new panel, and installation of a ductless heat pump/ac unit. From start to finish, Pedro (Pete) was extremely professional, efficient, punctual, and friendly. He and his assistant Peter arrived either on time or early for each day of work, including the initial estimate, and answered or returned all of my phone calls and emails exactly when he said he would. The work was completed either on or before the time that was provided, and the work areas were left in broom clean condition. All of my many questions were answered thoroughly with patience and there was complete transparency with costs up front. We were extremely happy with Pete’s level of professionalism, service, and positive attitude. This business should serve as a model of integrity for the way other similar businesses should be run.

When we were looking for an Electrician to fix our old, failing electrical system at home, I called / left messages to so many Electrical Companies. Had Ferrer Electric come in to install a 220 volt and 110v outdoor outlets. They did a fantastic job! All the work was done so neatly and professionally. I plan to hire them again in the near future to install some additional outlets for me.

We had an additional GFI circuit installed in our basement for 8 outlets. Ferrer's also wired an outside socket to power our electrical box from our generator. The work was completed on schedule and cost exactly as the estimate provided and the quality of the work was outstanding. Overall the service was excellent and the finished project exceeded our expectations. We are very happy with everything and will have no doubt re hiring for any future work when the time comes and have no hesitstion recommending Ferrer's.
