I have used Ken over the past 10 years and in that time frame he has upgraded our whole electrical system, wired a new addition, installed outside security lights, hooked up a hot tub, and more! We recently renovated our master bath and had to upgrade our electrical lines to accommodate the new fixtures; also he put in a new line for our deck outlet outside. He came out to look at what the project would need and then his team came out to finish the project. They showed up on time, protected our quartz countertop and cleaned up after very well. I only use Ken and highly recommend him!

I sell real estate and I always recommend and use Ken for our electrical needs whether it be installation or rewires. In our most recent project with him we had electrical wires melting and he fixed them for us. Ken is responsive, trusted and does great work; he is very reasonable and most effective. I highly recommend Ken and his team!

Poor costumer service. Ken kept taking phone calls from other sites while doing initial walk through, making us waste our time and failing to pay attention to what we wanted. Also kept arguing with us about our (fairly simple) choices instead of just listening to our wishes. We offered a detailed to do list (3 times). Always ignored. Worked not done until complained to the GC. Send 3 separate teams who had no idea what was done previously and kept disconnecting and reconnecting wires and cables. Job took multiple (irritating) visits, including some after the house was cleaned. On the positive side, the staff clearly knows their jobs and several of them were both nice and helpful. Will never work with Ken again though.
