He ensured that we shared the same priorities, and committed to providing the best experience possible in every interaction. He communicated opportunities for efficiency, explained any changes and challenges that the project faced, and overall kept us reassured every step of the way. We not only finished the project knowing that we made the best possible decisions for our home automation but also that we maximized the dollars spent in doing so.
