The TV Pro

We called Michael some time ago out of the blue to help us set up a sound bar for the tv. Don't even recall how I got his tel. Number. He spent a goodly amount of time with us and set up the sound bar. Today we had a problem with the tv, and via telephone he walked us through the steps to get things working again. This was not a cable issue, but rather a problem with the tv. Michael is patient and very capable and we will contact him again with any problems we have with the tv.

I obtained estimates to have 3 TVs mounted and recommendations for receiver, speakers and installation and setup with existing in home ceiling speakers. Excellent. Amazing customer service. They really care for their customers. I just moved into my new home and explained how I lost a power cord to one of my televisions in the move. They happened to have an extra power cord in their vehicle for my television and gave it to me free of charge. Would recommend to all!
