I called Lonny in a bit of a panic. Given the times of lock downs and such my 80+ year old mother had lost her TV. So without being able to stream she was cut off from a comfort she had and knew how to use. I called Lonny on a Thursday - I told him the situation - and he quickly agreed to bring a new TV to mother, install it and practice safety measures whilst there. His service was impeccable (per my mom) and his price was more than fair. I don't think he does this lower priced service on any regular basis - but his response to step up and help my mom was worth much much more than he charged. So if integrity still matters to you - Hire Him.

Audio visual home automation is normally a real pain the the a**-- I should know, I'm a serial mover, and I am also the guy who needs everything cool. Tangonet was AWESOME. Normally, the guys that do this work are hard to pin down, non responsive and are constantly upselling. This was the opposite experience. The team at Tangonet handled every one of our needs with elegance and top of the line service. They responded to troubleshoot immediately, and stayed with us until every aspect of the job was completed. Couldn't ask for a better company to do this for us. As a result, I love my new home, which is Crestron connected and now allows me the ability to control everything I ever could have imagined. Our home theater is top notch, and particularly love the entire backyard experience they have created, with a drop down patio TV, full landscape speakers surrounding my property, and a giant weatherproof TV that our family can watch while we swim and relax outdoors. For what it's worth, I never write reviews-- but this was such an excellent experience I thought it was appropriate in this case.

We had Lonny and his amazing team install a full surround sound speaker system in our house. We were blown away at their attention to detail and willingness to continue to work to get things perfect. It's very clear these guys love what they do and are perfectionists. They made multiple trips to our house to make sure things were just right and never once did I feel that they didn't want to be there. In addition, we had an issue that arose with our TV (Samsung software bug) and Lonny went absolutely above and beyond to hound Samsung's customer service team (he probably spent 5+ hours on the phone with them) to get them to take care of the issue. I rarely leave reviews, but I felt it was necessary here because I've never had a more positive experience with people doing work at our home. These guys are true professionals and genuinely kind people!

We moved into a new home last week. Lonny and his team were spectacular in customizing specific solutions for our AV needs, solving our problems and concerns in an efficient manner and making our home a tech paradise. His knowledgable team was patient and thorough in explaining how to use all the new tech. Also, any troubleshooting after the team left required only a simple phone call to Ronny. He runs a great business. And our family highly recommends his professionalism and work quality.
