Garbage, The don't stand by their product. They just want to charge more $$$. Inferior equipment charge like they know what their doing.

I cannot say enough good things about sound design. They are incredibly professional and helpful with all their work. People are wowed by all the cool gadgets we have and the amazing sound system. They have great customer service. I've worked with the owner Al who is a great guy. His employee Kristy Albrecht called just to make sure everything was still working well, 2 years after the install. They maintain the equipment well and always respond if there is an issue (and the only issues I have had were after changing a cable box that had died (cable company equipment, not their stuff). I called and they were immediately there to fix it. I have dealt with a lot of contractors and laborers for many house projects. I always recommend sound design and their entire team. You will not be disappointed!
