I required replacement of and programming for a universal remote. My system had been installed by another vendor that is no longer in business. The guys at smartSPACE were responsive and effective. My new remote was ordered and installed on time as promised and programming is much better than it was originally. I am am very pleased with results.

Usually, there are two things that suffer economic responsibility to budget and that is landscaping and proper home automation. Landscaping is something you can do in the future, home automation and it’s benefits is a one shot deal to get right. Home automation in the planning phase may seem as an unneeded expense or something you can cut. However, when properly done home automation is one of the most enjoyable aspects that you will use in your daily life. Lighting control, audio and video distribution, alarm, temperature, thermostats all the way to the garage door. Smartspace was able to over deliver within my limited budget to make this all happen. They are extremely professional and have probably the most knowledge technologist/smart home specialist in Canada. Their quote was thousands less then competitors and they offered superior products. To the budget minded, a properly planned system will deliver dividends not only in enjoyment of daily life but in your budget. Lutron lighting will let you set your scenes and control them all with the touch of a button or from your smartphone also dimming lights perfectly to suit the moment (and cut electrical costs). Alerts when your garage door is left open will save from theft. Having your home wake up when you get home or start to wind down when it’s bed, is a remarkable thing. Smartspace was able to engineer a system that met my needs and also suggest and implement home automation concepts that were beyond what I could even imagine. I recommend this company and the people who work here enough. Outstanding service and product. Thank you for making my house amazing. PS. Savant is an amazing system.

Geoff and his team have been amazing to work with from day one. During our home build, they took the time to find out what our needs were and worked with our builder to complete the job. Since then, whenever we have questions or need repairs, they are quick to respond, set up appointments and make visits to our home when needed. We endeavored to build a home that was way beyond anything that our family had lived in or created previously. After interviewing a few home automation companies, we settled on smartSPACE. Here are my thoughts on the product and service ... - I LOVE the product that has been installed in our home. Blinds all go up at the touch of a button, sound is available everywhere on demand, speakers are all hidden and completely integrated (and it sounds great), themed lighting makes things incredibly easy to control from my iphone and we have very clean walls instead of stacks of switches. WOW! We have the Savant system and it works extremely well. - smartSPACE has been our best supplier in this entire process. They consulted and built a system that is perfect for our home. There is an element of patience required while getting the system up and running upon move-in, but they have been here to help at every step of the way. They try extremely hard and they care, which seems to be an unfortunate rarity in the building industry. I would recommend automating your home but invest wisely based on the value of your home (it's easy to go crazy!) and I 100% think that SmartSPACE should be the company that you choose! We recently built a new home and smartSPACE was the tech company through the builder. We started with a easy going meeting with a friendly rep, and didn't feel pressured to do/spend more. They set up security camera spots, surround sound, and a hook up for the TV over the fireplace. Geoff recommended a camera system that was on par for price with comparative models and install was included. So far the system is great and the mobile application works really well. The installers were efficient and friendly, optimizing the cameras position and setting up the app. The rep was professional and encouraged contact if any issues arose.

The crew at Smart Space Calgary has been very helpful with Installing and helping us manage our Home Audio/Video Smart Home Theatre System. The customer service has been great and I would recommend them to others.
