I couldn't be happier with their incredible service. The techs that came to my home were smart (and nice people). They cleaned up and simplified my home network (including tv's) exactly how they originally spec'd it. When the work was completed, they walked me through everything with a lot of patience. I wholeheartedly recommend Media Tech for all your home networking requirements.

Mediatech turned our new construction into a Smart Home. They were incredibly patient throughout the process at my lack of technical knowledge and ability. I wasn't sure we needed everything they were proposing we do, but we worked together to create a 21st Century home that is very efficient to live in. From their APP I can control my lights, TVs, sound, shades, alarm, thermostats --it makes life SO easy! They were incredibly responsive throughout the project and I was worried that once the project was finished, they might not be so available, but that has NOT been the case. They return calls and emails immediately and work quickly to resolve issues. Most times they can fix problems remotely, which is a great time savings to both us and them. On the few occasions they have had to come out, they make appointments in a very timely manner and always arrive when expected. I highly recommend them! (We started working with them in the summer of 2014--our construction wasn't completed until the summer of 2016. They were very organized and kept adjusting their schedule to accommodate construction delays. Although the delays made their job more challenging, they were always so understanding and patient with everything.)

Custom home automation / integration can be one of the most stressful aspects of building a new home...choosing an integrater is challenging, especially in today's environment of rapidly changing technology. Media Tech made the complex easy...the true sign of genius. The Media Tech team gets it. Extremely professional, courteous & cooperative. Our builder had nothing but praise for how they operated and interacted...easily the best he'd ever worked with. The true test is in the finished product. Couldn't be more pleased. Everything from the home automation / control to the audio video performance is stellar & operates easily. Key to all of this and our number one priority was to have an optimum network...Media Tech delivered on this in spades...fast, fast, fast & super reliable. We used Dan and Luis to install our entire AV system. They handled everything from pre-wire to the selection of equipment to the installation to the training. These guys are great. Professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They worked well with the other trades who were working on our home, and were very polite and courteous. They took the time to train us on the system, and quickly answer all of our follow up questions. I highly recommend MediaTech / Dan / Luis.

MediaTech Intelligent Home Systems is by far the best home system team we have ever worked with and we would highly recommend the company. Dan Daker and his team were extremely professional, timely, economical and accommodating. In essentially 3 days, Dan and his team wired our basement and main level, mounted 4 TVs, built a full AV box for us as the control center, installed outdoor cameras, and installed the control4 systems to sync with our remote devices (which we highly recommend). MediaTech worked around our changes/additions with relevant consultation. Moreover, we have had a few technical issues since installation (all Comcast related), and Dan came out twice (once on an early Saturday morning) to help fix the issues despite not being system-driven. We are having MediaTech return in the Spring to add to our existing system for outside AV capability. Friends and family are always impressed when we have gatherings and showcase the system functionality. MediaTech should be the only choice.

This is the most accommodating company I have ever experienced. Mediatech installed a Control4 system in my home in Huntley. I have had to contact them for some help on several occassions and they have treated me as though I was royalty. Last night I had an issure arrise around 4pm. The owner called me back and said he was on his way to my house to resolve. The thing that I find so perplexing is the customer treatment based on my "smallness" in comparison to their other customers. I do not have an elaborate system and I've made it very clear I am not planning on adding to it. The attention to my needs makes me feel as though I am their highest priority. Any company can provide state of the art electronic options. Mediatech understands the product they are delivering is the customer service which backs up these systems. I am so positivly impressed with this company and wish they ran my grocery store, bank, hair salon...etc!

They met our customer's needs and expectations, as the total concept changed and grew with time. As a General Contractor, I am hesitant to supply home automation and media systems to my customers due to performance and warranty issues. A poorly designed and unsupported system could cause very difficult problems for my company.
