Pete gave us significant free work and equipment to make up for a slight schedule slip. We didn't ask for this and he didn't even mention it. We're very happy with the results.

Interactive Home

With technology growing at such a quick pace I knew I needed an experienced and reliable company to install my AV and security system in my new home. I found that experience and reliability at Interactive Home. Pete and his staff are in constant touch with what is new in home technology as well as tomorrow’s growth potential. A personal meeting with Pete sharing his years of knowledge gave me an education in how simple my home can operate. The convenience of my voice activated system and being able to check on my home, manipulate my lighting and shades from anywhere I may be has given me peace of mind as I travel quite a lot. Most of all I can trust and rely on Pete and his staff to have access to my residence while I am away, answer any questions I may have and continue to keep me apprised on new technology. Interactive Home designed a system within my budget that was easy to use and tailor made for my needs. I highly recommend Interactive Home.

Amazing work! We installed an outdoor tv by our pool area and we can't say enough about it. Pete promised all would be installed by the 4th of July and it was done! Pete Pedone and his staff of courteous professionals at Interactive Home Design are your best bet for entertainment and media systems! A few years ago, they installed a media system in our house (TVs and Sonos sound system). We love it so much that we just had them come back to expand the system to our new, outdoor living space. They worked with us on the best elements for our space, they showed up on time for the wiring and installation, they worked around some obstacles left by our decking installers, and they cleaned up after themselves. They are polite and friendly, and just decent people. Interactive Home Design is top notch!

Interactive Home Design installed the SONOS system in our home. As can be expected, there were a few kinks after installation- Interactive was responsive, prompt, and always available to help. Pete answered my phone calls, came to our home, or sent a technician to help immediately. Since the initial kinks were ironed out, we have had a flawless system providing us with music in nearly every room of our home and outside spaces. Pete and his team are always a pleasure to have in our home. Excellent, trustworthy, accommodating.

I hired Interactive Home to purchase and install a sound system because I wanted music in every room of my apartment, with use of my cd collection or the tv or radio. They suggested the Sonos system. They installed it in a very professional manner. The installers were courteous and showed me how to use the system. Then, when I had an issue, the owner himself came back and organized all the wires as I had ended up pulling out one of the wires myself. We absolutely love the Sonos System! We get to play different music in different rooms in our home at the same time so everyone is happy! It can be controlled on your iPhone, iPad or computer. I highly recommend this system and Interactive Home did a wonderful job for us!

They are incredibly knowledgeable about all of the latest technology and are true professionals. Pete and the crew from interactive home completed a total upgrade to all of a/v equipment in our home which was 12 years old. They were also the original installers which is a testament to the quality of the installation and components they use. Pete was extremely knowledgeable and through regarding all of the products chosen, and their programming of our crestron system was done exceptionally-something that is vital with any high end system. I've now used Interactive for two projects at two different living spaces involving multiple rooms and am extremely happy with their planning, cost, execution, and follow-up. They are responsive throughout the entire process, and they stick to practical, cost-effective, and highly functional AV solutions that were customized to meet our needs. The team has also been very responsive as we made switches and upgrades over time, and the systems they install are incredibly easy to maintain and function. In the end, Interactive's team solved many of the common problems associated with my AV experiences in the past: insanely high costs, unresponsive during troubleshooting / outages, constant need for upgrades and new equipment, and overly complex systems that are impossible to fix by oneself. My experience with them has been the exact opposite - a breath of fresh air. I will continue to use Interactive Home for all of my AV needs in the future.

Interactive Home Design is a great and professional company providing quality and affordable service to us for many years now. One specific example is that we were about 1 week away from our annual Super Bowl party and we developed a problem with an old and failing component in our AV system. Pete and his team came to our home in Westchester and fixed the problem within one-day of my urgent service call. In addition, his team came up again, free of charge, about a week or two later to tweak the system to perfection. Pete is the consummate professional and has become a personal friend over the years. From small to big jobs, I have been very satisfied with his excellent performance. I highly recommend him.
