Andy Black from Encore Audio/Video did an outstanding job providing an incredible backyard audio experience. I had done my research and settled on 2 pairs of Polk's best under eave speakers powered by the latest Sony amplifier. The equipment had already been purchased and was ready to install. Andy was introduced to me as someone I needed to speak to before proceeding. I agreed to a demo and was blown away with the sound quality. Andy recommended a Sonos / Sonarray / Crown Amp combination system which did not disappoint. There was no comparison once I heard it. The great thing about Sonarray is there are 9 speakers around the edge of your property that can hide in flower beds. The result, amazing indoor sound outside with no dead spots throughout the backyard. Andy Black provided an amazing solution on budget which was very easy to install and operate from my iPhone or iPad. Worked on this deal for a while and it turned out to be a great investment. The staff has been great and worked well with me with any issues I have had. I never felt I was being over sold things, but some add on's and needs became a source of discussion. I have recommend this company to many people and talked about how much I love my theater system. The system has provided me with quality sound and picture which I wanted. Apple TV has not been used as much as I thought, but am not much into using it so far. The professional worked well within what I wanted to spend and worked on all aspects and issues I had as we went through it including financing. He went out of his way to understand my drop dead number and once he understood I would spend now more than that respected that and found ways to get me the best system possible.

They designed and installed a home theater and audio system for the home. They completed the work on time and within budget. They gave me ample notice if there were any changes and discussed them with me and obtained my approval prior to implementing them. The follow up from Andy Black has been great and even after the job was completed, he has not hesitated to provide customer service and support above and beyond what would have been expected.

Encore valuated the existing system, made upgrades to new audio/video technology and Control 4 system (audio, whole house sound upgrade, lighting controls).
