Complete Home Electronix was contracted by Superior Audio Systems to do the programing for our home theater system in 2019. Courtenay programmed the RTI audio and video controls flawlessly. Fast forward 18 months, our remotes would no longer communicate with the A/V receiver. I contacted SAS and he gave me Courtenay's contact info and they also gave Courtenay a heads up that I would be calling. It took several weeks for him to respond too many calls and texts. He agreed to come on a specific day but stood me up, the next attempt he sent an associate but he was under qualified and then Courtenay agreed to come again and to no avail, he stood me up again without even having the courtesy to call. He has since ignored any of my texts or calls. All this could have been avoided had he left a copy of the RTI source file as he said he would. To this day our remotes are not working. He might be good on the front end but apparently is lacking on the back end. Hard to believe, especially when he is only 6.5 miles from my house. Be aware!

I hired this company to install a whole house audio system to include outdoor areas, wall mount 8 TV's, a camera system and a complete set up of a media room. I dealt with the owner from start to finish as he was on site each day of the install. I found his quote to be extremely competitive with the other quotes I received. While my project isn't yet complete what I can say so far that is I am extremely impressed with not only the level of service I am receiving but the quality of service and knowledge is bar none. I have received quotes from other contractors and some were lower, some higher, but with this service Courtenay did an assessment of my room, and really worked with me to tell me why certain things would or would not be a good fit for my needs and my budget. Anyone can sell you what you ask for, and you can buy equipment from any place, but so far I've received a complete experience I've not found with anyone else - he even talked me out of buying things I simply did not need, and kept me under my budget.
